★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci e utilizei essa oficina quando bati o carro. Meu carro ficou muito bom e sempre que precisei fazer outros resparos eles sempre foram muito prestativos.
I knew and used this workshop when I crashed the car. My car was very good and whenever I needed to do other repairs they were always very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com relação ao conserto da pintura e lanterna, tudo bem. Peguei o carro ontem e hj percebi uma sujeira no banco condutor ( provável fezes de passarinho) e em nenhum momento meu carro ficou aberto desde que peguei. Estranhei e conclui que já estava assim qdo peguei mas nem tinha reparado . Vou adicionar duas fotos
As for repairing the paint and flashlight, all is well. I took the car yesterday and today I noticed a dirt on the driver's seat (probably bird droppings) and at no time has my car been open since I got it. I found it strange and concluded that it was already like this when I took it but I hadn't even noticed. I will add two photos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Optei por levar meu carro até Massaro pela tradição do mesmo, após baterem em meu carro eu era terceiro no seguro.
Realmente demorou + 2 meses para concluir, pois havia falta peças originais da montadora (Hyundai) diz o ditado "quando demora é porque ta caprichando" fui muito bem atendido por todos do inicio ao fim, parabéns a equipe Massaro.
Meu carro ficou perfeito nota 10.

I chose to take my car to Massaro by the tradition of the same, after hitting my car I was third in insurance.
It really took + 2 months to complete, because there was a lack of original parts from the automaker (Hyundai) as the saying goes "when it takes it's because it's perfect" I was very well attended by everyone from beginning to end, congratulations to the Massaro team.
My car was perfect grade 10.
Recommend..."as long as you're not in a hurry"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço foi muito bem executado, ficou perfeito, mas como foi pela seguradora teve uma pequena demora, o carro ficou parado e logo depois tive que trocar a bateria, no periodo que o carro ficou na oficina, não tive acesso, somente contato com as atendentes, que não acho tão legal, colocaram adesivo no vidro traseiro sem o meu consentimento, quando arrumei outros carros em outros locais, depois de uns dias pediram para levar para polir novamente, não sei se é o correto, mas o deles não pediram, provavelmente não precisava, mas não entende deste tipo de serviço. Mas lembrando, que o serviço ficou muito bom mesmo.
The service was very well performed, it was perfect, but as it was by the insurance company, there was a little delay, the car was stopped and soon after I had to change the battery, during the period that the car was in the workshop, I had no access, only contact with the attendants, who I don't think so cool, put a sticker on the rear window without my consent, when I fixed other cars in other places, after a few days they asked to take it to polish again, I don't know if it's correct, but theirs didn't ask, probably did not need, but does not understand this type of service. But remember, the service was really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima! Fiquei 93 dias sem meu carro. Atendimento ruim. As atendentes são boas, mas não sabiam dar as informações. Meu marido tinha que ficar fazendo a conexão e troca de informações com a seguradora. Ridículo. Entregaram o carro num dia e estourou a caixa de câmbio, fazendo meu marido quase sofrer um acidente na estrada. Ao levantar o carro no guincho para voltar para a oficina, vimos que a soleira não tinha sido trocada. O carro ficou mais 2 meses para arrumar isso. Quando meu marido finalmente foi chamado para buscar o carro, a bateria estava zerada e ainda vazando, quase causando um acidente letal. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!
My experience was terrible! I was 93 days without my car. Bad service. The attendants are good, but they didn't know how to give the information. My husband had to keep making the connection and exchanging information with the insurance company. Ridiculous. The car was delivered in one day and the gearbox burst, causing my husband to almost have an accident on the road. When lifting the car on the winch to return to the workshop, we saw that the sill had not been changed. The car took another 2 months to fix this. When my husband was finally called to pick up the car, the battery was dead and still leaking, almost causing a lethal accident. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
