★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim como outras reclamações que vi, eu me interessei por 2 imóveis. Mandei msg no site e no WhatsApp e ninguém respondeu. Liguei e uma tal de Fátima me atendeu....aliás muito mal. Me pediu as referências dos imóveis e meu contato dizendo que estava saindo pra almoçar e mais tarde me retornariam. 40 dias depois e estou sentado esperando. Pra mim parecem ser um bando de picaretas. Coitada das pessoas que confiam seus imóveis pra essa gente.
Like other complaints I saw, I was interested in 2 properties. I sent msg on the website and on WhatsApp and no one responded. I called and a woman named Fátima answered me....in fact, very badly. He asked me for the references of the properties and my contact saying he was going out for lunch and they would return to me later. 40 days later and I'm sitting waiting. They look like a bunch of pickaxes to me. Poor people who trust their properties to these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo que vc está vendo de reclamação no início parece ser verdade , mas na verdade eles precisavam de um Feedback que eles precisam melhorar o contato inicial , pois parece que eles não atendem e não retornam suas msgs , mas talvez seja uma deficiência inicial que precisa ser aprimorada , mas isso acontece com muitos comércios nos dias atuais…a gente manda msg e quer q tenha alguém do outro lado para nós responder de imediato , mas vale a pena ter um pouco de paciência, pois a Corretora FÁTIMA é Sensacional, Prestativa , Competente, Não tem tempo ruim , não tem preguiça , atende Sábado 14hs , como feriado 22hs , sem contar a sensibilidade de enter o que realmente o cliente procura. Ela ( NÃO DESISTE DE VC ). Atendimento 1001 rrrss…ela eh igual bom bril rrrrsss…mil e uma utilidades . Parabéns Fátima ??? está escasso atendimento igual o seu ????
Everything you are seeing about complaints at first seems to be true , but actually they needed a Feedback that they need to improve the initial contact , as it seems they do not respond and do not return your msgs , but maybe it is an initial deficiency that needs to be improved, but this happens with many businesses these days…we send a msg and want someone on the other side for us to respond immediately, but it's worth having a little patience, because the FÁTIMA Broker is Sensational, Helpful, Competent , There is no bad weather , there is no laziness , it serves Saturday at 2 pm , as a holiday at 10 pm , not to mention the sensitivity of entering what the customer is really looking for. She (DOES NOT GIVE UP ON VC). Service 1001 rrrss…she is equal good bril rrrrsss…one thousand and one utilities. Congratulations Fátima ??? there is little service like yours ????
