★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui duas vezes na imobiliária, não resolviam nada. Mandei mensagem toda semana para o número cadastrado, visualizavam e não respondiam. Realmente queria a casa então voltei novamente lá e peguei o contato de outra funcionária, mandei o que ela me pediu, aguardei e nada. A mesma me avisou que o dono retirou as chaves e uns dias depois, minha cunhada ligou pra lá, sem informar nosso parentesco e a mesma disse que assinou o contrato de locação naquele dia. Quando foi pra falar comigo, me disse que nem sabia que a casa tinha sido alugada. Ainda alugaram por quase 200 reais a menos do que eu iria pagar. Achei um descaso comigo por todo o tempo que desperdicei indo atrás.
I went to the real estate company twice, they didn't solve anything. I sent a message every week to the registered number, visualized and did not respond. I really wanted the house so I went back there again and got the contact from another employee, sent what she asked for, waited and nothing. She told me that the owner took the keys and a few days later, my sister-in-law called there, without informing us of our relationship and she said that she signed the lease on that day. When he went to talk to me, he told me that he didn't even know the house had been rented. They still rented for almost 200 reais less than what I would pay. I found neglect with me for all the time I wasted going after it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A corretora demorou vários dias pra responder as mensagens preciso ficar no pé e perguntar todos os dias sobre agendamento da visita, foi uma semana inteira tentando agendar uma simples visita e não consegui . Reponde as perguntas com " sim " e " não " diz que vai ver com o proprietário e leva 7 dias pra me dizer se aceita pet ou não, depois de tanto tentar ser respondido com o mínimo de diálogo desisti e aluguei a mesma casa com outra imobiliária que me atendeu no mesmo dia e 3 dias depois assinamos o contrato.
The broker took several days to answer the messages I need to stay on my feet and ask every day about scheduling the visit, it was a whole week trying to schedule a simple visit and I couldn't. He answers the questions with "yes" and "no" he says he will see the owner and it takes 7 days to tell me if he accepts a pet or not, after trying so hard to be answered with a minimum of dialogue I gave up and rented the same house with another real estate agent who attended me on the same day and 3 days later we signed the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária em especial a funcionária Silvia, que foi extremamente grosseira e mal educada em todo o processo de locação até entrega do apartamento. Não me enviou os documentos básicos que solicitei e ainda me bloqueou no wpp. Não recomendo de forma alguma!!
Terrible real estate, especially the employee Silvia, who was extremely rude and rude throughout the rental process until delivery of the apartment. Didn't send me the basic documents I requested and still blocked me on wpp. I do not recommend at all!!

Deveriam dar mais valor ao cliente!
Não entendem nada de suporte ao cliente, sinceramente, não sei porque eles se mantém, desta forma.
Terrible attendance. The ""superiors"" cannot maintain a dialogue and are very uncommitted to the client who is renting.
They should give more value to the customer!
They don't understand anything about customer support, honestly, I don't know why they keep themselves this way.
