E. Eu estava desde as 15h para realizar o serviço no carro da Volkswagen do modelo Tingua.
Que fiz troca de óleo, troca do filtros de ar, de cabine, de óleo né troca do óleo do câmbio.
E foi feito o pagamento no Pix e pelo tempo de conferência do sistema e o gerente geral ficando a reclamar e achar que eu não tinha feito começou a me tratar mal e ainda estava com meus filhe de 3 e 9 anos e como sendo que estava demorando por culpa não sistema dos bancosos de ele começou a ficar chateado e quando o valor foi creditado na conta e houve uma mudança de comportamento e me veio pedir desculpas e eu falei que não acetava as desculpas e não voltaria a loja por causa do comportamento i.
Infelizmente eu só fiz a pergu que o cliente tem razão e sua paciência que ele esqueceu de lembrar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é barateira, mas tem séculos que procuro uma oficina tão limpa, organizada e equipada no RJ. Video game, café, refri e ser pet friendly acaba até sendo secundário quando se tem um serviço legal assim. Recomendo muito e espero que não percam essa pegada com o tempo

O Gustavo, me recepcionou e saiu para dar uma volta de carro pilotando e me deu uma aula sobre câmbio automático, pois como é meu primeiro veículo desse tipo, aproveitei para tirar várias dúvidas e ele foi um verdadeiro professor, muito obrigado! O serviço foi feito pelo profissional Rodrigo, muito atencioso e também me esclareceu várias questões a respeito do câmbio automático e dos diferenciais do veículo. A empresa é nova pelo que fiquei sabendo na hora, mas todos os profissionais que me atenderam, já tem know-hall e são bem treinados. Obs:. fiz pesquisas em 6 empresas e, essa foi a mais em conta nos orçamentos e fiquei muito satisfeito e sai de Nova Iguaçu para ir fazer o serviço lá devido ao preço e a boa avaliação aqui no Google, que realmente corresponde!!!
