★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO POR TELEFONE! ATENDENTE DESLIGOU O TELEFONE NA MINHA CARA! Site para retirada de resultado de exames não funciona! E eles não podem enviar o resultado via e-mail! O mínimo é enviar o resultado de exames por e-mail se o site NÃO FUNCIONA!

O setor de resultados sempre é muito solícito neste sentido, orientando e se for o caso encaminhando via e-mail o resultado

Liguei hoje (14/02/22) por volta das 09:50 no setor responsável na entrega de exames. A atendente NÃO se identificou pelo nome! Mas acredito que vocês consigam rastrear pela ligação ou por essa informação acima. Eu mesmo dei a ideia de enviar o resultado por e-mail já que no site estava dando ERRO. A msm informou que NÃO poderia enviar por e-mail e desligou na minha cara quando questionava o pq? Enfim fica aqui meu registro de descontentamento com o SERVIÇO prestado pelo setor de resultado de exame.

I called today (14/02/22) around 09:50 in the sector responsible for the delivery of exams. The attendant did NOT identify herself by name! But I believe you can trace the link or this information above. I even came up with the idea of sending the result by email since the site was giving ERROR. The msm informed that she could NOT send it by email and hung up on me when I questioned why? Finally, here is my record of dissatisfaction with the SERVICE provided by the exam result sector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei o exame de eletroneuromiografia dos membros inferiores e recebi um protocolo para retirar o laudo pela internet em 18/02/2022 e estou até hoje 01/03/2022 acessando e só consta os exames realizados há alguns meses, agora estamos em ponto facultativo e muitas empresas não estão abrindo e esse é o caso de vocês, porém o meu médico segue atendendo e estou desde um dia antes desse feriado tentando retirar o resultado do meu exame, eu sofro com dores crônicas com parafusos na coluna e estou aguardando somente esse laudo para dar continuidade no meu tratamento.
Parabéns pelo compromisso com os pacientes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendendentes não são das mais educadas, mas em momento nenhum foram desrespeitosas. Me incomodou um pouco q eu tivesse que solicitar a autorização prévia do meu convenio e levar impressa bem como levar impresso o pedido médico, que por ser teleconsulta, tinha assinatura digital, mas segundo os recepcionistas, a clinica não aceita em formato digital. Sei q no meu convenio é preciso sim de autorização prévia, mas ja passei (consultas e exames) em varios outros locais onde os próprios locais solicitavam a autorização. Outro ponto é que embora a médica (nutricionista) é um amor de pessoa, muito boazinha e atenciosa em consulta, fiquei mais de 3 semanas aguardando o envio do cardápio... E depois de pedir via whatsapp por algumas vezes, na véspera do feriado ela me respondeu que iria verificar.. (EDITANDO!!!) recebi efetivamente hoje, 26/04/22 (na primeira consulta com ela também tive alguns problemas com retorno de informações: demorou, mas ela respondeu e acabou resolvendo o q precisava, e foi aí q marquei nova consulta com ela para rever o cardápio).
Acredito q os problemas relatados são coisas pontuais que podem ser melhoradas. A clínica é simples mas tem bastante variedade de atendimentos/especialidades. Na minha opinião, não é ruim, mas também não é a melhor.

I know that in my agreement it is necessary to have prior authorization, but I have already passed (consultations and exams) in several other places where the places themselves requested authorization. Another point is that although the doctor (nutritionist) is a sweetheart, very nice and attentive in consultation, I spent more than 3 weeks waiting for the menu to be sent... And after asking via whatsapp a few times, on the eve of the holiday she replied that she would check.. (EDITING!!!) I actually received it today, 04/26/22 (in the first consultation with her I also had some problems with returning information: it took a while, but she answered and ended up solving what I needed, and That’s when I made another appointment with her to review the menu).
I believe that the problems reported are specific things that can be improved. The clinic is simple but has a wide variety of services/specialties. In my opinion, it's not bad, but it's not the best either.

Fui fazer uma mapa da pressão 24horas, em que foi remarcado duas vezes, até aí ok. Super entendi.
Chega hoje no dia do exame, meu pedido é do meu médico de Goiânia, porque com a pandemia não sei se vocês sabem, telemedicina se expandiu.
Mostrei a guia do exame que foi enviada por email, guia original, carimbada e assinada. Falam que não aceitam! Sendo que NUNCA tive problema em fazer exames assim! Só agora eu tive, clínica primitiva!!!!! Ano de 2022 não aceita guia assim. Eu gestante, tendo alteração na pressão precisando fazer com urgência este exame. E ainda, debocharam da minha cara, quando falei que a guia era assim, e que não tinha como eu ir pra Goiânia pra pegar a guia impressa, e o atendente vira pra mim e diz " É pode ser que você vá a Goiânia". Péssimo!! Nunca fui tão mal atendida. Melhorem, pois vocês tem muito a se atualizar!!!!! Pois hoje em dia com guia online, nós enviamos para um email da clínica e vocês imprimem, conversem com clínicas maiores e melhores elas podem ensinar muito a vocês! ?

And yet, they made fun of my face, when I said that the guide was like that, and that there was no way I could go to Goiânia to get the printed guide, and the attendant turns to me and says " Maybe you go to Goiânia". Terrible!! I have never been treated so poorly. Improve, because you have a lot to update!!!!! Because nowadays with online guide, we send it to an email from the clinic and you print, talk to bigger and better clinics they can teach you a lot! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima primeira experiência, cheguei 30 minutos antes como solicitado e fiquei num caos na portaria lotada, com um elevador apenas funcionando, sempre lotado, ao chegar no 11º andar, a atendente Girleide, mal educada e infeliz em seu trabalho, estava sendo ríspida com uma idosa que estava questionando pacientes sem máscara no elevador. A atendente passava todos que chegavam depois, na minha frente e não dava entrada no meu exame para que me chamassem, e quando comecei a reclamar, um tal de Eduardo que se diz proprietário do local, conivente com o mal atendimento, sugeriu que procurasse outro lugar, se não estivesse satisfeito com o atendimento. Disse que faria meu exame lá pela primeira e última vez, e que eles deveriam aprender a lidar melhor com os clientes, que pagam para ele manter aquela espelunca. A única parte que valeu a pena, foi o atendimento da Cleide que realizou o meu teste ergométrico, com muito profissionalismo e educação.

Acabei de sair desta clinica e com a sensação de puro descaso. Ao realizar uma ultrassom transvaginal, a primeira após a descoberta da minha gravidez, fomos informados que meu marido não poderia entrar comigo devido a pandemia, sendo que a sala de espera estava abarrotada de pessoas sem nenhum pingo de cuidado, cadeiras super próximas, um do lado do outro, pessoas em pé, nesse caso a pandemia não existe mas pra um pai acompanhar sua mulher gestante é proibido. No momento do agendamento não foi informado sobre essa “regra”. Tenham mais humanidade, esse momento é único na vida das famílias.
Não recomendo.
O médico que me atendeu foi super gentil, conversou e me mostrou todos os detalhes, mas infelizmente falta comunicação e humanidade com a gerência do local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é em um condomínio perto da estação Santana fácil acesso, atendimento da portaria até a saída foi bem seco porém educado de certa forma, fui fazer alguns exames neurológicos e precisei ir o toalete para lavar o cabelo porém vejam o tamanho da pia kkkkkkk
Rachei o bico quando vi o tamanho!
No mais é ok, foi tudo rápido, recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes muito educados mas o tempo de atendimento deixou a desejar. Muitas pessoas nos guiches e poucas realmente atendendo. Pede-se para chegar 30min antes do horário e fui atendida 40min após meu horário agendado. Apesar da facilidade pelo metrô próximo fiz um raio X e acredito que esse poderia ser um exame em que poderia ter levado na hora. Enfim, quase 10 dias para o resultado ficar pronto. Eu esperava mais do local, em todo caso fica minha sugestão.
The servers were very polite but the service time left something to be desired. Lots of people at the counters and few actually serving. You are asked to arrive 30min before the scheduled time and I was attended to 40min after my scheduled time. Despite the ease with the nearby subway, I had an X-ray and I believe this could be an exam I could have taken right away. Anyway, almost 10 days for the result to be ready. I expected more from the place, in any case, here's my suggestion.
