Só a recepção que deixa e muito a desejar, quando fui atendido conversei com mais 4 pacientes, e todos reclamando da mesma coisa, o problema não é nem a demora, é a recepção que coloca outros pacientes sem ser prioridade na frente, e ninguém pode nem reclamar, pois a atendente mais gordinha "morde" os pacientes.
Five stars by the Doctor, excellent professional. Just the reception that leaves and much to be desired, when I was answered I talked with 4 more patients, and everyone complaining about the same thing, the problem is not even the delay, it is the reception that puts other patients without being priority in the front, and nobody can nor to complain, because the most chubby attendant "bites" the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto Dr. Mirabeau, cardiologista, como sua esposa Olga, dermatologista são excelentes profissionais. Muito atenciosos, educados. A clinica é muito aconchegante, o pessoal da recepção, bem como a funcionária que faz o eletro atende de forma muito educada e profissional. Na parte da cardiologia é realizado além da consulta, exames cardiologicos como o eletro, teste ergométrico, etc. Recomendo!
Both Dr. Mirabeau, a cardiologist, and his wife Olga, a dermatologist, are excellent professionals. Very attentive, polite. The clinic is very cozy, the reception staff, as well as the employee who makes the electro service, are very polite and professional. In the cardiology part, cardiological exams such as electro, exercise testing, etc. are performed in addition to the consultation. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu atendimento é pra parte da dermatologista, ela é ótima, o tratamento está sendo eficaz mas a organização quando à ordem de atendimento é falha, o mínimo que tem que se esperar pra ser atendido é por volta de 2hrs. Devia haver um horário definido pra cada paciente e ser cumprido.
My care is for the dermatologist, she is great, the treatment is being effective but the organization when ordering the care is flawed, the minimum you have to wait to be seen is around 2 hrs. There should be a set schedule for each patient and it should be adhered to.
