Ligaram dizendo pra chegar 11hrs (?♂️) pois era por ordem de chegada.
Chegamos as 11hrs e eles disseram que só começariam a colocar os aparelhos 12hr, mas que o prazo máximo de esperar era 40mim apartir de meio dia. Bem, só fomos atendidos às 13hrs. A nota só não vai ser mais baixa porque, fora isso, nos trataram muito bem. Os profissionais são são muito simpáticos.
We scheduled two exams today 8hrs
They called saying to arrive 11hrs (?♂️) because it was on a first come, first served basis.
We arrived at 11 am and they said they would only start putting up the 12 pm devices, but that the maximum wait time was 40 minutes from half a day. Well, we were only served at 1pm. The grade just won't be lower because, apart from that, they treated us very well. The professionals are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ há 3 dias que tento entrar em contato com eles e SEMPRE que ligo o bot diz que TODOS os atendentes estão OCUPADOS, isso não existe, péssimo atendimento, melhor, atendimento inexistente, não recomendo pra senhor ninguém, em caso de vida ou morte a pessoa falece
I've been trying to get in touch with them for 3 days and EVERY time I turn on the bot it says ALL the attendants are BUSY, that doesn't exist, bad service, better, non-existent service, I don't recommend it to anyone, in case of life or death the person dies
