★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando agendar consulta pela Unimed há alguns meses e a atendente mUito simpática alega não ter agenda aberta e sem previsão.
Devido ter convênio não posso passar particular .
Perguntei qual opção eu tenho é ela disse nenhuma.
Bom, gostaria de passar devido indicação porém pelo visto ou não querem atender mais Unimed e ficam prolongando ou não sei o motivo.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment through Unimed for a few months and the very friendly attendant claims she doesn't have an open schedule and no forecast.
Because I have an agreement, I can't be private.
I asked which option I have is she said none.
Well, I would like to go through due indication, however, by visa, they either do not want to attend Unimed anymore and are prolonging it or I don't know why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, descaso com o paciente não sei se o Dr Elizeu tem conhecimento mas em 2 oportunidades as atendentes não se importam em serem educadas e muito menos prestativas.
Minha mãe q é paciente não pode ir à consulta a 2 meses atrás devido à crise de labirintite avisamos e pedimos para remarcar até agora dizem q ela tem q aguardar uma desistência.
Como assim aguardar uma desistência?
É uma consulta (unimed)é só marcar nova consulta.
Não atende mais? É seletivo? Nos avise q procuramos outro ao invés de ficar perdendo tempo com falsas esperanças.
Os exames prontos a 3 meses alterado isso é descaso ou incompetência.
Conclusão não indico esta clínica a ninguém quem for revise.
Terrible service, neglect with the patient I don't know if Dr Elizeu is aware of it, but on 2 occasions the attendants don't mind being polite and much less helpful.
My mother, who is a patient, could not go to the appointment 2 months ago due to the labyrinthitis crisis, we warned and asked to reschedule until now they say she has to wait for a withdrawal.
What do you mean to wait for a forfeit?
It's an appointment (unimed) just make a new appointment.
No longer answer? Is it selective? Let us know that we are looking for someone else instead of wasting time with false hope.
The exams ready to 3 months changed this is neglect or incompetence.
Conclusion I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who will review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horário de atendimento é até às 16h30, só que a partir das 16:15 já não atendem mais o telefone. Espero que o médico responsável tenha conhecimentos disso. Estou tentando desde as 16h15, cai na secretaria eletrônica e desligam em seguida.
Opening hours are until 4:30 pm, but after 4:15 pm they no longer answer the phone. I hope the doctor in charge knows about this. I've been trying since 4:15 pm, it goes to the answering machine and they hang up right away.
