★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito demorado, mesmo com horário agendado. Pediram para chegar 20 minutos antes do horário do exame, mas fui atendido 1 hora depois do horário agendado, ou seja, fiquei aguardando 1 hora 20 minutos. Atenderam outra pessoa que chegou depois de mim, visto que, o mesmo reclamou da demora no atendimento. Me chamaram para o exame, somente, após questionar uma das meninas que trabalham lá. Muita falta de respeito.

Consulta agendada para as 7, médico chega 7:30.
Perdem a mão no ar condicionado.
Para marcar exame também, terrível.
A falta de excelência deste lugar não poderia ser mais nítida.
Trágico é ver que seus gestores não se incomodam com uma qualidade tão rasa, pra se dizer o mínimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar desorganizado, funcionários andando pra lá e pra cá, uma demora absurda no atendimento. Pedem pra chegar 20 m antes e te atendem com 2h de atraso como se nada tivesse acontecido. Uma falta de respeito com os pacientes. Lugar horrível! Só vim pq era pelo plano, se fosse particular, pediria meu dinheiro de volta e nunca mais voltava. Que horror!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei agendar ECG, dois dias para responderem o Whatsapp, telefone nunca atende. Desisti, liguei em outra clínica, que me atendeu rapidamente e marcou para o dia seguinte meu exame. Depois de mais de 48 horas, o Centrocor respondeu minha msg. Lendo os comentários, fiquei muito indignada com tamanho despreparo no atendimento, meu médico indicou essa clínica, vou contar minha péssima experiência pra ele.
I tried to schedule an ECG, two days for them to respond to Whatsapp, the phone never answers. I gave up, called another clinic, which answered me quickly and scheduled my exam for the next day. After more than 48 hours, Centrocor responded to my message. Reading the comments, I was very indignant with such unpreparedness in the service, my doctor recommended this clinic, I will tell him about my bad experience.

Não cumprem prazo. Antes de realizar o exame minha mãe informou que estava com a cirurgia marcada para 10 dias depois. Pelo convênio não havia vaga, foi marcado pelo particular para o dia seguinte com a promessa de que o resultado sairia em 5 dias.
Depois eles me informaram que o resultado só sairia no dia da cirurgia, e após a ameaça de que eles arcariam com os custos da cirurgia que já estava paga, e não poderia ser remarcada, me enviaram o exame após 15 minutos.
Terrible!
They don't meet deadline. Before performing the exam, my mother informed me that the surgery was scheduled for 10 days later. Under the agreement there was no vacancy, it was scheduled by the individual for the next day with the promise that the result would be out in 5 days.
Then they informed me that the result would only come out on the day of the surgery, and after the threat that they would bear the costs of the surgery that was already paid for, and could not be rescheduled, they sent me the exam after 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na clínica na semana passada e o atendimento foi excelente. Porém. Hoje retornei para fazer outro exame e foi péssima a experiência. Cheguei 5 minutos atrasada e a recepcionista já foi avisando que como me atrasei 5 minutos eu teria que esperar e iria demorar um pouco. Segundo ela, essa era a ordem do médico. Ok. Tinha que esperar. Porém só fui atendida mais de 1 hora do horário que estava marcado. Passaram várias pessoas que chegaram depois de mim, na minha frente. Um verdadeiro desrespeito e total falta de empatia. Péssima experiência.
I was at the clinic last week and the service was excellent. Although. Today I went back for another exam and the experience was terrible. I arrived 5 minutes late and the receptionist was already warning me that as I was 5 minutes late I would have to wait and it would take a while. According to her, that was the doctor's order. OK. Had to wait. However, I was only served more than 1 hour of the scheduled time. Several people passed who arrived after me, in front of me. A real disrespect and total lack of empathy. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento dos puores que já vi.. estava desde o dia 03/03 tentando agendar consulta pelo telefone disponibilizado para agendamentos pelo whatsapp, fiquei cobrando e após diversar respostas de idas e vindas de cobrança do agendamento, recebi um sms dizendo que minha consulta estava agendada pra hj.. Fui até a clinica, que é bem longe de casa, tirei meu bebe da cama pq nao tenho com quem deixa-lo e quando chego na clinica a moça disse que a msg era pra confirmaçao do exame do meu esposo, mas esta escrito consulta e nao exame.. enfim atendimento pessimo, pois se a empresa disponibiliza um serviço que nao funciona e que causa erro de interpretacao, é pessimo.. pior ainda a recepcionista Nayara que em momento algum entendeu que estao errados, que nem ao menos pediu desculpa pelos repetidos erros, o minimo ela nao deveria deixar transpa e me encaixar numa consulta.. mas ok vou reclamar tb junto a operadora do meu convenio sul america..
Customer service I've ever seen.. I went to the clinic, which is far from home, I took my baby out of bed because I have no one to leave him with and when I arrive at the clinic the girl said that the message was to confirm my husband's exam, but it is written consultation and not examination.. in short, bad service, because if the company provides a service that does not work and that causes an error of interpretation, it is very bad.. even worse, the receptionist Nayara, who at no time understood that they were wrong, like when least apologized for the repeated mistakes, at least she shouldn't leave it transpa and fit me in a consultation.. but ok I'll complain too with the operator of my south america agreement..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo! Atendentes e recepcionistas super grossas e despreparadas com atendimento ao cliente. Não deixaram acompanhar minha avó (no qual é +65 anos e tem AVC) e minha tia, onde ambas precisam de ajuda. Não permitiram nem que aguardasse na sala de espera! Estou GESTANTE e aguardando ao lado de fora! No momento de descer do carro, NINGUÉM prestou nenhuma ajuda. Não faz sentido nenhum, aguardar da porta pra fora e aguardar na cadeira de dentro. Se é por conta do vírus, que tivesse esse mesma atitude com os clientes que estão lá dentro com máscara no pescoço e nariz e boca pra fora! D E S C A S O!
OBS.: Se preocupam tanto com a dispersão do virus, a ponto de colocar a pessoa para fora da sala de espera, que nem os bancos possui distanciamento e nem encontram-se com aviso.
Terrible place! Super thick and unprepared customer service attendants and receptionists. They didn't let them accompany my grandmother (who is +65 years old and has a stroke) and my aunt, where they both need help. They didn't even allow him to wait in the waiting room! I am PREGNANT and waiting outside! When getting out of the car, NO ONE offered any help. It doesn't make any sense, waiting outside the door and waiting in the chair inside. If it's because of the virus, he should have the same attitude with the customers who are inside with a mask around their neck and nose and mouth out! D E S C A O!
OBS.: They are so concerned with the spread of the virus, to the point of putting the person out of the waiting room, that neither the banks have distance nor are they with a warning.
