★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não estou tendo uma boa e experiência, pois fiz um tratamento e preciso tirar uma radiografia panorâmica que vai para a própria Care Plus, porem o convênio não está autorizando. Mandei um e-mail para minha consultora me ajudar nessa questão já faz mais de 9 dias sem responta. Gostaria de uma solução por parte do convênio mais sem resposta.
I am not having a good experience because I did a treatment and I need to take a panoramic x-ray that goes to Care Plus itself, but the agreement is not authorizing. I e-mailed my consultant to help me on this issue for over 9 days without answering. I would like a solution from the most unanswered agreement.

the Careplus website is down and I was waiting 15 minutes on the phone and no one answered. The service is pretty bad, it seems that nobody went to work today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento quanto aos procedimentos e rápido. Só tive problemas devido a um procedimento de cirurgia, mas foi problema de comunicação da CarePlus com o hospital no caso, fora isso sem outros apontamentos.
Service regarding procedures and fast. I only had problems due to a surgical procedure, but it was a communication problem between CarePlus and the hospital in the case, other than that without other notes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra serem ruins precisam melhorar muito, pq simplesmente são péssimos em todos os sentidos. Lista de credenciados suuuper desatualizados, todos os procedimentos precisam de autorização e motivos, é uma perda de tempo sem igual.
To be bad, they need to improve a lot, because they are simply terrible in every way. Accredited list super outdated, all procedures need authorization and reasons, it's a waste of time like no other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência logo no primeiro uso. A Operadora de Atendimento na Central não tinha um pingo de equilíbrio emocional ou de paciência para me explicar o procedimento. Deveriam selecionar melhor os colaboradores.
Bad experience from the first use. The Attendance Operator at the Central did not have an ounce of emotional balance or patience to explain the procedure to me. They should better select the collaborators.
