★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a Base é linda, mas quando fiz o Atendimento para fechar, achei péssimo, falei para o atendente Sebastian que a ligação dele estava abafada, se poderia falar um pouco mais alto, e ele desligou na minha cara.
Fechei com outra.
 Base is beautiful, but when I made the call to close, I found it awful, I told the attendant Sebastian that his call was muffled, if he could speak a little louder, and he hung up in my face.
I closed it with another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A limpeza e manutenção são precárias, a equipe atual não dá conta da estrutura atual. Os banheiros estão nojentos, muitos dias não há limpeza, papel ou sabonete. Ontem, dois funcionários meus ficaram presos no banheiro, pois a porta está quebrada há um bom tempo, descobrimos que outros membros também passaram por isso. A área comum cheira muito mal por conta da choppeira. A limpeza nas salas é inexistente. Os 3 primeiros meses foram ótimos. No entanto, reclamamos desses pontos há vários meses e limpeza ou manutenção nunca melhoram.
Cleaning and maintenance are precarious, the current team cannot handle the current structure. The bathrooms are disgusting, many days there is no cleaning, paper or soap. Yesterday, two of my employees were trapped in the bathroom, because the door has been broken for a long time, we found out that other members also went through this. The common area smells very bad because of the beer cooler. There is no cleaning in the rooms. The first 3 months were great. However, we have complained about these points for several months and cleaning or maintenance never improves.
