Poor service. Little podiatry because the attendant could not remove an ingrown nail (just to clean). More pedicure service than podiatry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com um tipo de alergia debaixo do meu pé. A atendente não soube analisar o que era. Ligou e pediu ajuda da dona do estabelecimento, que apenas por uma foto disse que era fungo. Fui ao dermatologista depois para uma melhor análise, e não era fungo. Então sugiro que você procure um outro profissional mais qualificado do que essa empresa.
I had a type of allergy under my foot. The attendant did not know how to analyze what it was. He called and asked for help from the owner of the establishment, who just said by a photo that it was fungus. I went to the dermatologist afterwards for a better analysis, and it was not fungus. So I suggest that you look for another professional more qualified than this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um procedimento, na unha sa mão e meu filho na unha do pé, achei que foi feito na marra, doeu muito, de carinho nso tem nada, foi um corte de uma vez so, sangrou muito o dedo do meu filho, como sempre olhava procedimentos no you tube de outros profissionais, entao achei que seria feito da mesma forma, porem engano total. foi feito tudo muito rápido, tenho filmado quem quiser ver. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei um atendimento a partir da promocao do tratamento vip. Há anos utilizo os servicos de vocês. No sabado 07.03, além de cobrarem.o preço exorbitante de uma.unha por 40,00 reais, cobraram o tratatamento diferente do valor de promoçao que me ofereceram.
Hoje dia 10.03 fui reclamar e me deixaram 1hora para fazer o estorno do cartao até que um senhor (que nao se identificou) disse que havia um equivoco que o valor nao era da promoçao.
Se havia um.equivoco porque me fizeram aguardar o estorno do cartai por 1hora???!!!
Pela falt
Solicito que descartem meus dados dessa empresa, nao façam contato, pois nao tenho interesse algum em utilizar seus serviços.
Farei reclamacao no PROCON.

I scheduled an appointment based on the promotion of VIP treatment. I have been using your services for years. On Saturday 07.03, in addition to charging the exorbitant price of a.una for 40.00 reais, they charged for a different treatment than the promotion value they offered me.
Today 10.03 I went to complain and they left me 1 hour to change the card until a gentleman (who did not identify himself) said that there was a mistake that the value was not from the promotion.
If there was a mistake because they made me wait for the chargeback for 1 hour ??? !!!
For lack
I ask you to discard my data from this company, do not make contact, as I have no interest in using its services.
I will make a complaint at PROCON.

I took my mother for a foot check up and we were very well attended. All staff members were super helpful and thoughtful to us, making our experience very pleasant. Here I want to leave my thanks to all of you, especially to the podiatrist Maria Cecília, for her excellent work and education. I would recommend this clinic a thousand times!
