★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acredito que na hora do agendamento poderiam fazer uma pequena anamnese com o cliente, pq nos pouparia de ir perder tempo, que é uma coisa muito complicada nos dias de hoje. Fui agendada para fazer um procedimento e ao chegar fui informada que não poderia frazer por completo devido uma complicação na minha unha, coisa que se eu soubesse antes ia decidir se faria ou não o agendamento. Fui atendida por uma profissional que na minha opinião, já estava no final do seu plantão e me pareceu que não queria fazer meu atendimento. Já tinha ido outras vezes não tive problemas, dessa vez não.

I was scheduled to do a procedure and when I arrived I was informed that I could not completely heal due to a complication in my nail, something that if I knew before I would decide whether or not to schedule. I was attended by a professional who, in my opinion, was already at the end of his shift and it seemed to me that he didn't want to do my service. I had been there before, I had no problems, not this time.

Obrigada pelo excelente trabalho, em especial a Nazaré que me atendeu e mobilizou as demais técnicas para me acudir com copo d'água e até sal para me recompor após as três vezes que apaguei durante o processo.???
