Muita comodidade, não precisei me deslocar até a loja nem para fazer o pagamento.

Sempre fui fã de pessoas que são apaixonadas pelo seu próprio negócio. No caso dessa loja em questão, o proprietário não entende que seu maior bem não é o que ele tem no seu estoque, mas sim as pessoas que vão comprar o que existe nesse estoque. A pessoa que vende, que lida com outras pessoas e depende dessas pessoas pra sobreviver via de regra tem que saber tratar com pessoas. Mas o proprietário dessa loja é muito hostil, dá medo de perguntar qualquer coisa pra ele, ao vivo ou por telefone.

I have always been a fan of people who are passionate about their own business. In the case of this store in question, the owner does not understand that his greatest asset is not what he has in his stock, but the people who are going to buy what is in that stock. The person who sells, who deals with other people and depends on these people to survive as a rule has to know how to deal with people. But the owner of this store is very hostile, afraid to ask him anything, live or over the phone.
