★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito aborrecido com o atendimento, solicitei a troca de um cabo de velocímetro de uma biz 125, e acabei por confiar na loja nao observei o serviço, passar 2 dias ao lavar à moto verifiquei que faltava parafusos da carenagem,bem como o cabo de velocímetro estava mau instalado ou seja fora do guia de Borracha ,tentei entrar em contato com a loja via fone ,porém ainda nao consegui, lamentável .
I am very annoyed with the service, I requested the replacement of a speedometer cable for a biz 125, and I ended up trusting the store. I didn’t observe the service, spending 2 days washing the motorcycle, I noticed that the fairing screws were missing, as well as the speedometer was badly installed, that is, outside the Rubber guide, I tried to contact the store via phone, but I still couldn't, unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A uns meses tive que pagar por uma peça que não resolveu o problema da minha moto.
Recentemente precisei consertar um furo no cano do meu escapamento (só iam soldar se tivesse condições ou eu teria que comprar outra peça), soldaram, no mesmo dia meu escapamento tão bem colocado caiu na rua, perdi meu escapamento, vieram me dizer que o escapamento já estava muito ruim (não foi o que disseram ao entregar a moto). Pq fizeram o serviço se estava ruim? Como cai um peça dessa com dois parafusos? Estava com os parafusos? Pq o escapamento não arrastou até cair, ele despencou.
Resumindo: o dono não quis se responsabilizar e nem o dinheiro do serviço devolveu.
Prejuízo grande, o escapamento dessa moto só encontro na autorizada ou usado.

Recently I needed to fix a hole in the pipe of my exhaust (they would only weld if I could afford it or I would have to buy another part), soldered, the same day my exhaust so well placed fell in the street, I lost my exhaust, came to tell me that the exhaust it was already very bad (that's not what they said when delivering the bike). Why did the service if it was bad? How does such a piece fall with two screws? Did you have the screws? Because the exhaust didn't drag until it fell, it plummeted.
In short: the owner did not want to be responsible nor the money of the service returned.
Big damage, the exhaust of this motorcycle only find in the authorized or used.

Paguei 50 reais e foi a última vez que vou lá, os mesmos 50 paguei em outro local, que verificou o problema e resolveu.
Terrible, unwillingness to settle, highest prices, worst quality! One of the worst places to settle or get some help.
