Foram no ponto x da questão e rapidamente solucionaram. Detalhe: a loja estava prestes a fechar em pleno sábado e vou além, não cobraram nada por isso. Although it was a very quick and apparently simple service (re-tightening the belt tension) in the face of a noise that other mechanics could not solve, this requires knowledge and precision, which was the case. They went to point x of the issue and quickly resolved it. Detail: the store was about to close in the middle of Saturday and I'll go further, they didn't charge anything for it.
