★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima e ainda está me custando muito caro.
Viúva e passando por um momento difícil procurei a escola, conversei deixando claro que meu objetivo seria uma terapia, sem intenções maiores.
Apesar de pagar e caro,fui pressionada à obter os livros que foram pagos junto a mensalidade, a primeira aula fui bem atendida pelo mesmo rapaz que me atendeu no início. As duas seguintes aulas fui mal atendida, apesar de esclarecer pq me matriculei e que apesar de ter os livros me foi dito que era obrigatorio apenas para conclusão da matricula mesmo que não houvesse interesse da minha parte em ler partituras etc. Me ignorando encheu o quadro de notas musicais e teorias, na aula seguinte fui na esperança de finalmente ter aula prática e de novo fui conduzida à uma salinha onde além e mais teorias o dito professor super antipático enfatizou que estava com sono que o horário era péssimo etc... Fui no horário que foi acordado.
Fui até lá expliquei que não foi o que me venderam e não tinha intenção de continuar...comecei a receber telefonemas exibindo mais pagamentos.
Expliquei que sequer fui as aulas que paguei e caro contando com os livros caríssimos.
Os telefonemas continuaram e ameaçada até ofereci pra devolver os livros que paguei e não usei, além de se recusarem a recebe los, incluíram meu nome no spc.
O que começou como uma tentativa de melhorar acabou piorando minha situação.
Me arrependo imensamente em ter um dia pisado nesta escola.
Me sinto lesada, hoje fica a certeza que se aproveitaram de uma pessoa em depressão e não satisfeitos com tudo que paguei sem nada receber do que me foi oferecido ainda incluíram meu nome no SPC.

My experience was terrible and it is still costing me a lot.
Widowed and going through a difficult time, I went to school, talked, making it clear that my goal would be therapy, with no major intentions.
Despite paying and expensive, I was pressured to get the books that were paid with the monthly fee, the first class was well attended by the same guy who attended me at the beginning. The following two classes were poorly attended, despite clarifying why I enrolled and that despite having the books I was told that it was mandatory just to complete the enrollment even though there was no interest on my part in reading sheet music etc. Ignoring me filled the table with musical notes and theories, in the next class I went in the hope of finally having a practical class and again I was taken to a small room where, in addition to more theories, the said super unfriendly teacher emphasized that he was sleepy that the schedule was terrible etc ... I went at the time that was agreed.
I went there and explained that it was not what I was sold and I had no intention of continuing ... I started receiving phone calls showing more payments.
I explained that I didn't even pay for the expensive and expensive classes with the expensive books.
The phone calls continued and threatened until I offered to return the books I paid for and did not use, in addition to refusing to receive them, they included my name on the spc.
What started as an attempt to improve ended up making my situation worse.
I really regret having stepped on this school one day.
I feel hurt, today it is certain that they took advantage of a person in depression and not satisfied with everything I paid without receiving anything from what was offered to me, they even included my name in the SPC.

Entraram em contato comigo solicitando que eu retirasse o meu comentário do site (disseram-me que o setor jurídico vai entrar em contato comigo, se isso não for feito)... To no aguardo... mas enfim, não tive uma boa experiência com o grupo, foi este o meu relato, ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso falar pela antiga equipe que estava a um ano atrás, mas atualmente só tenho a agradecer a essa escola! Equipe e professores com muita responsabilidade , seriedade e amor no que fazem e uma serie de projetos voltado para o aluno , só não aprende quem não quer .
E ainda mais , convido quem mau avaliou a fazer uma nova experiência , tenho ctz que não vão se arrepender.
I can't speak for the old team that was a year ago, but currently I only have this school to thank! Staff and teachers with great responsibility , seriousness and love in what they do and a series of projects aimed at the student , only those who do not want to learn do not learn .
And even more, I invite whoever bad evaluated to do a new experience, I have ctz that you will not regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então, vim buscar referências de opiniões sobre o local e só constatou a minha ideia de não fazer aula nesse lugar. Há 2 dias mandei mensagem pelo Instagram e ninguém respondeu, liguei para os 2 telefones e cai e ninguém atende até cair a chamada. Liguei em horário comercial dia de semana. Vou procurar outro lugar.

I called during weekday business hours. I'll look elsewhere.
