★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalei meu cilindro de gás na Pais e Filhos em novembro do ano passado
Na semana passada meu carro parou de funcionar no combustível líquido, só funcionava no gás, como eu não acreditava que seria problema na instalação do GNV, pois meu kit tem apenas 2 meses de instalação, levei no meu mecânico de confiança. Foi constatado que o problema era o variador de avanço, que foi instalado e já havia queimado, quando o mecânico retirou pude perceber que os fios estavam emendados, como vocês podem ver na foto abaixo. Nunca poderia imaginar que depois de tantas boas recomendações quer tive vocês fariam isso com uma cliente. Tive um prejuízo de mais de 450 reais devido ao trabalho de má qualidade. Estou muito indignada e pretendo correr atrás dos meus direitos. Seguem as fotos do material e nota fiscal do novo variador de avanço instalado.
 I installed my gas cylinder at Pais e Filhos in November last year
Last week my car stopped working on liquid fuel, it only worked on gas, as I didn't believe it would be a problem with the CNG installation, because my kit has only 2 months of installation, I took it to my trusted mechanic. It was found that the problem was the advance variator, which was installed and had already burned, when the mechanic removed it I could see that the wires were spliced, as you can see in the photo below. I could never imagine that after so many good recommendations I've had you guys do this to a client. I had a loss of more than 450 reais due to poor quality work. I am very indignant and intend to run after my rights. Below are the photos of the material and invoice of the new advance variator installed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento. Conseguiram regular meu gnv de quinta geração que ngm dava jeito. Agora o carro tá top. Um destaque pro rapaz que regula um magrinho de óculos na qual não lembro o nome agora, tá de parabéns.
Excellent service. They managed to regulate my fifth generation gnv which ngm was handy. Now the car is top. A highlight for the guy who regulates a skinny guy with glasses whose name I don't remember now, congratulations.

I've done installation in previous cars and never had a problem, but I went to make a new quote at an absurdly expensive price! They lost a customer to competition.

Destaque especial para o funcionário que fez o meu serviço, que agora não me recordo o nome, mas é um que tem deficiência auditiva e trabalha lá com maestria e muita perícia. Muito cuidadoso. There is no better place in Campo Grande for CNG installation and maintenance. State-of-the-art service, employee humility, excellent quality service and parts. Special highlight for the employee who did my job, who now I can't remember his name, but is one who has a hearing impairment and works there with mastery and a lot of expertise. Very careful.
