Paguei pelo orçamento e não fiz o serviço pelo seguinte: Me cobrou o valor de 30,00 pelo orçamento (corretíssimo) e segundo ele para "passar scanner" e fazer uma limpeza. Autorizei fazer o orçamento. Depois me retorna dizendo que era preciso desmontar a impressora toda pra descobrir o problema, aí seria mais 170,00. Ué, os 30 não era pra o orçamento? Fui então pegar a impressora, aí ele falou depois de se enrolar todo tentando me explicar o inexplicável, disse que os 170 era pra já consertar o problerma. Mas ainda não sabia qual era problema da impressora. Ou seja paguei 30 reais e não soube qual era o defeito da impressora.
