★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei horario com minha mãe que é idosa no local do imóvel a ser alugado,ficamos mais de 1 hora esperando e resolvemos voltar ,quando voltamos a imobiliária foi dito que entendemos errado.Não deram a minima pra gente .Péssimo !! Minha opinião.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O diferencial dessa Imobiliária, é que antes de serem excelentes profissionais, são ótimas pessoas.
Não são IMPESSOAIS a gente, e nem nos tratam com indiferenças, como a maioria das Imobiliárias...
Hoje em dia para pagar um aluguel em dia nessa crise, é muito esforço, mas o que mais me deixa indignada, é ser tratada sem NENHUUUMM reconhecimento pela Imobiliária que estou no momento, na Rua Clarimundo de Melo, a Imobiliária Gmerio. São seis anos sem nos darem paz, querendo nos tratar como querem, sem permitirem ainda que a gente reaja.
Desejo voltar para Carlos Maciel em breve, para voltar a ter paz!
E sempre que posso a indico!
The difference of this real estate, is that before they are excellent professionals, they are great people.
We are not IMPERSONAL, nor do they treat us with indifference, as most Real Estate ...
Nowadays to pay a rent on time in this crisis, it is a lot of effort, but what most makes me angry, is to be treated without ANY recognition by the Real Estate that I am currently, in Clarimundo de Melo Street, Real Estate Gmerio. It's been six years without giving us peace, wanting to treat us as they want, without even allowing us to react.
I wish to return to Carlos Maciel soon, to have peace again!
And whenever I can indicate it!

Ninguém atende, o Danilo que é o ÚNICO que pode resolver os problemas nunca está na imobiliária e não responde no Whatsapp. Um absurdo. Não recomendo ninguém alugar imóvel por essa imobiliária com certeza irei procurar meus direitos!!!
I only paid attention until the day I paid the deposit, then pay 0. No one answers, Danilo, who is the ONLY one who can solve the problems, is never at the estate agent and does not answer on Whatsapp. It was absurd. I do not recommend anyone renting property for this real estate for sure I will look for my rights !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária!! Eles não administram seu imóvel. Aí de vc se não correr atrás ou suplicar atenção do Carlos ou Danilo! Maior arrependimento da minha vida foi ter escolhido essa imobiliária. Profissionalismo ZERO!! Não percam seu tempo. Qlq coisa é mais competente que eles.
Terrible real estate !! They do not manage your property. There you are if you don't chase after or beg Carlos or Danilo's attention! The biggest regret of my life was choosing this real estate company. ZERO professionalism !! Don't waste your time. Anything is more competent than they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não mostram os imóveis. O senhor Carlos Maciel não é muito gentil ou simpático. Desligou 2 vezes o tel na minha cara. Está anunciando um imóvel no dia 17 /10 na Olx, que foi alugado pela J Martins do Méier. Eu sei pq já tinha visto o imóvel pessoalmente e falado com o corretor da outra imobiliária. NÃO RECOMENDO!!???
They don't show real estate. Mr. Carlos Maciel is not very kind or friendly. He hung up the phone twice in my face. It is announcing a property on 17/10 at Olx, which was leased by J Martins do Méier. I know because I had already seen the property in person and talked to the other real estate broker. DO NOT RECOMMEND !! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que tive com imobiliária, eles não me devolveram o meu caução. O sr. Carlos é muito enrolão e o filho dele, o sr. Danilo não assume as responsabilidades, foge quando a coisa aperta.
Worst experience I had with real estate, they did not return my security deposit. Mr. Carlos is very cocky and his son, mr. Danilo doesn't take responsibility, he runs away when things get tough.
