★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a imobiliária para colocar meu imóvel a venda, já faz uns 10 dias, ficaram de vir até o imóvel, e não vieram, liguei, e disseram que iam vir, não vieram, voltei na imobiliária e disseram que viriam, e até hoje nem vieram e nem ligaram para dar uma satisfação, com certeza não tem profissionalismo nenhum, não tem o mínimo respeito com o cliente.

É estresse total e desgaste emocional na certa! Não arrisque, pois você vai se arrepender. Claudino Imóveis é a pior Imobiliária que já conheci na vida! FURADA!!!!!!!!!
Terrible Real Estate! It shouldn't be working anymore. You should lose CRECI. Anyone who does business with this Real Estate company will have a headache for sure. It's total stress and emotional exhaustion for sure! Do not take any chances, as you will regret it. Claudino Imóveis is the worst Real Estate Agency I have ever met! BORED !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo mês vem com uma desculpa esfarrapada e não repassam o dinheiro do aluguel na data correta , tenho que ligar e ficar pedindo pelo amor de Deus pra depositarem .Dependo do valor deste aluguel pra pagar minhas contas , venho pagando juros porque essa imobiliária não não faz o repasse do aluguel numa data correta .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Demora no repasse, funcionários despreparados, informações difusas. Afirmam que existe garantia de aluguel, cobram do locatário, e não é repassado. Somem com o dinheiro da garantia do aluguel. E fica por isso mesmo.
Minhas chaves foram entregues pelo locatário no dia 20. Hoje é 03, não recebi nem o que me devem e muito menos as chaves ainda.
Fizeram vistoria e não repararam as pendências..
Luz e gás não foram passadas para o nome do inquilino, deixando no meu nome, e a dívida ficou na minha conta e a imobiliária nada faz!!
Em resumo... não contratem!!!

My keys were delivered by the tenant on the 20th. Today is 03, I did not even receive what I owe, let alone the keys yet.
They did an inspection and did not repair the pending ..
Light and gas were not passed to the name of the tenant, leaving in my name, and the debt was in my account and the real estate does nothing !!
In summary ... do not hire !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!!! Estou tentando resolver a poda de um mato que cresceu ao lado da minha casa há mais de 4 meses, enchendo a casa de insetos. Pois nada resolvido até agora. Fora o teto da minha casa que está caindo, uma infiltração gigante na parede da minha sala e obras nas casas da Vila que moro, pisos soltando nas casas das pessoas e a imobiliária não resolve . Serviço horroroso. Descaso total com o inquilino! Não indico!

Não cumprem com nada do combinado, quando me mudei para o imóvel estava sem energia elétrica, fiquei 1semana sem eletricidade por culpa deles, não atendem telefone, não respondem email, só dor de cabeça!!! Um enorme desgaste emocional e financeiro!!! NÃO FAÇAM NEGÓCIOS COM ESSA IMOBILIÁRIA, não são nada profissionais, trabalho de amador, é dor de cabeça na certa!!! Um descaso total com o cliente, graças a deus consegui sair do imóvel, mas continuo tendo dor de cabeça, pois eles não fazem e vistoria para retirar as chaves, não fazem o contrato de recisão, e nem se quer consigo tirar a conta de água do meu nome por causa deles!!!! Uma vergonha!!!!!! Sem sombra de dúvidas, o maior arrependimento da minha vida!!!!
