Mas o atendimento foi ótimo, o vendedor foi bem atencioso e educado!
Acredito que falta Swab de álcool, para higienizar os brincos antes de experimentar.
Mas gostei no geral.
Até então, só havia comprado na unidade do Shopping.
In this Carmel unit I bought only one Gold earring for the second hole.
But the service was great, the seller was very attentive and polite!
I believe there is a lack of alcohol swab, to sanitize the earrings before trying it on.
But I liked it overall.
Until then, I had only bought at the mall unit.

Falta de informações na compra sobre as peças.
Após um tempo tive problema com a peça e quando fui levar pra elas resolverem o problema porque estava na garantia ainda as vendedoras jogaram tudo sob responsabilidade do fabricando…Lembrando que quando fui comprar não comprei com o fabricante e sim com a loja.
Quase um mês e ainda não recebi nenhum Feedback sobre a situação da minha peça que infelizmente está com eles ou o fabricante.
Péssimo atendimento e apoio ao cliente.
Nunca mais volto a comprar nada nesse estabelecimento.

Almost a month and I still haven't received any Feedback on the situation of my part which unfortunately is with them or the manufacturer.
Terrible customer service and support.
I will never buy anything from this establishment again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a aliança depois de 12 dias estava dessa forma, fui à loja o gerente chamado Lucas ficou rebatendo dizendo que era normal que mesmo após a limpeza no mesmo dia a peça poderia ficar dessa forma, sendo que eu já tive diversas peças de prata e nada disso aconteceu solicitei a troca da peça e sem sucesso.
Totalmente infeliz com a empresa ficam querendo impor a opinião deles dizendo que estão indo de acordo com artigos científicos, sim eles tentaram me convencer com esses argumentos que a prata com essas fissuras aparentes é normal.
E o “gerente” ainda disse que eu deveria procurar meus direitos.
Não comprem vão passar raiva
I bought the ring after 12 days it was like this, I went to the store the manager called Lucas was saying that it was normal that even after cleaning the same day the piece could stay that way, since I've had several silver pieces and nothing this happened I requested the replacement of the part and without success.
Totally unhappy with the company, they want to impose their opinion saying that they are going according to scientific articles, yes they tried to convince me with these arguments that silver with these apparent cracks is normal.
And the “manager” even said that I should look for my rights.
