Snacks can be good, but they're not nearly worth the stress of dealing with the company! A week in advance we placed the order for our revealing tea and as the person who referred us had already warned of the "fame" of delivering the late order, we scheduled the delivery for around 1:30 am before necessary. At the time of ordering, we were not informed of the amount. On the day scheduled for delivery close to the agreed time, we tried to contact Whatsapp to confirm that everything was ok, the message was read and ignored; 10 minutes after the scheduled time another message read and ignored; 30 minutes later and another message ignored... Until 30 minutes before the online event started, I decided to call and find out if the order would really come (since the event would be online and there were few people invited, it would give me time to improvise an iFood) , here is the conversation that followed: Me: "Good afternoon, I placed an order earlier in the week and scheduled delivery for 4:30 pm, it's already 5:30 pm and I haven't received it yet, can you tell me if it's arriving?" Clerk: "Of course, the delivery boy is right here in front of me and he's going to leave with your order!" Me "But what do you mean?! The order was scheduled at 4:30 pm, my event starts at 6:00 pm and the order hasn't even left the store!!! How is he going to cross town to deliver it to me on time?" Clerk: "Yes, you will! Can you give me your address?" Me "How is this going to work if you don't even know where the delivery is? The order is in the name xxxx and the address is xxxx as it should be there." Clerk "Isn't it xxxx (same first name as my girlfriend) at address xxx?" Me "Nothing like that, do you really have my order there?! We made it earlier this week..." Attendant "You asked for xxx and xxx and xxx..." I've already interrupted saying "Nothing like that, what we asked for was xxxx. And are you really going to deliver? Because the event starts at 6:00 pm, if the order arrives after that, we won't receive it." Around 18:00, the motoboy arrives with the snacks, but without the value to be able to get it right. He charges me his R$20.00 for delivery (which I was also not informed that I would have to pay) and leaves. It is noteworthy that the order ended up with things that we didn't ask for and others that we didn't ask for. From the next day onwards, it was a 4 day fight for someone to pass us the amount that had been asked to settle (yes, even after all the stress we still had to chase to PAY!). We took the PIX (on 06/01/2021), sent the receipt and the person said OK. We imagine that the wear and tear had ended. This weekend, 06/12/2021, my intercom rings: "It's the young man who delivered the snacks, I came to receive them because they didn't agree with me that day". We explained that we had already done PIX for over a week and everything was ok! The deliveryman, still not satisfied, at the height of his finesse, says that it is to show him the voucher because the owner of the place was charging him for not having received it on the day and would deduct it from his salary. After all, we still had to go down to show the PIX receipt on the cell phone. After we called the company to clarify the payment, the new girl who answered the phone typed the information and confirmed the payment, but was unable to say "Sorry for the inconvenience" or at least a "Thank you". The evaluation was unusually high, but I made a point of reporting my unforgettable experience with Carmem Salgados. PLACE TOTALLY DISORGANIZED, WITHOUT COMMITMENT, WITH POOR SERVICE AND TOTAL LACK OF TACT WITH CUSTOMERS. IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST ORDER AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
