★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo uber eats e chegou derretido! Mais de 2h de freezer na minha casa e nada de ganhar consistência. São 23:55 e não consegui comer hoje, agora só amanhã, o que causa tremenda decepção. A empresa deveria recusar os pedidos que veja que não conseguirá entregar o produto consistente. Minha casa fica a 3 km de distância da loja, então, caso a residência de vocês fique a essa distância do açaí, nem peçam.
I asked for uber eats and it arrived melted! More than 2 hours of freezer in my house and nothing to gain consistency. It's 11:55 pm and I couldn't eat today, now only tomorrow, which causes tremendous disappointment. The company should refuse orders that it sees that it will not be able to deliver the product consistently. My house is 3 km away from the store, so if your residence is that far from the açaí, don't even ask.
