★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma Péssima experiência, comprei o material na quinta-feira pra retirada no sábado, todas as madeiras com medidas específicas, porém cheguei pra retirar e não estavam prontas, concordaria em esperar pra ser cortados mas o funcionário responsável com muita má vontade e até um certo descaso me disse q não o faria. Cancelei a compra na hora e mesmo assim o extorno do meu cartão não foi feito na hora!
Não daria nem uma estrela se pudesse!! Não recomendo a ninguém!

Vendedor enrolando pra entregar, só dava "desculpas" e ainda me respondeu: Se não gostou pode vir pegar o dinheiro de volta.
E eu com o pedreiro esperando material...
Pouco caso com o cliente.
Ainda venderam um produto que não foi a melhor opção para o meu telhado, por falta de informação de medidas de sarrafos. Tive grande desperdício por isso.
Não voltaria a comprar e não indico. Prefiro pagar mais caro em um concorrente com melhor atendimento.
