Muita desorganização.
Terrible. They do not deliver the medication according to the prescription. In the middle of a pandemic you have to go there because the phone doesn't answer.
Lots of disorganization.

Did not like. Refused payment via qr code. Service in a bad mood. One star is a lot, if it could it would be zero star.

Ano passado pedi um creme para o rosto e a base usada na fórmula era de péssima qualidade. Este ano pedi um creme para os olhos com roller ball, que não funcionou, para usar o creme tive que tirar o roller. E fiz um pedido semana passada, onde eu iria efetuar a retirada. A atendente simplesmente não informou que haviam mudado de endereço. Para todos as falhas, fica a palavrinha mágica "desculpas". Próxima compra vou repensar se darei preferência.
I have been a customer for many years, but unfortunately the quality of service and products is getting worse. Last year I ordered a face cream and the foundation used in the formula was of poor quality. This year I ordered an eye cream with a roller ball, which didn't work, to use the cream I had to take the roller off. And I placed an order last week, where I was going to withdraw. The attendant simply did not report that they had changed their address. For all failures, there is the magic word "apologies". Next purchase I will rethink if I give preference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente insatisfeita, marcam um horário com o cliente e não cumprem, ficam enrolando e dando desculpas e contando mentiras e deixaram o paciente na mão, sem solução, nem o gerente resolveu a situação e deixaram a pessoa em jejum com fome tendo de tomar o remédio e não conseguiram cumprir e honrar a palavra e compromisso.
Unfortunately dissatisfied, they make an appointment with the client and don't comply, they keep rolling around and making excuses and telling lies and left the patient in the lurch, with no solution, not even the manager resolved the situation and left the person fasting hungry having to take the medicine and failed to fulfill and honor their word and commitment.
