Sobre os laminados, minha dica para quem for comprar é a de conversar bem sobre a data de entrega, minha experiência com eles não foi das melhores.
Customer service is good, but I do not think they need to sell. Ask for curtains budget, I cover return via Whatsapp, and I'm waiting until today! :)
On laminates, my tip for anyone to buy is to talk well about the delivery date, my experience with them was not the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em janeiro de 2019 fui na loja pedir orsamento uma senhora me atendeu, nesse mesmo mês nasceu minha sobrinha que já aprendeu andar, falar e nasceu todos os dentes, e eles não vieram, desconfio que é por ser serviço pequeno. Janeiro próximo completa 2 anos se não vierem eu desisto. Se para orsar demora assim imagina para instalar. Quem sabe quando essa minha sobrinha se forma na faculdade eles executa o serviço. Se eu esperei até agora espero um pouco mais.
In January 2019 I went to the store to ask for a quote, a lady attended me, that same month my niece was born and she learned to walk, speak and all her teeth were born, and they didn't come, I suspect it is because it is a small service. Next January turns 2 years old if I don't come. If it takes so long to imagine to install. Who knows when my niece graduates from college they do the job. If I waited until now, I hope a little more.
