★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionada, comprei vários pisos, e um deu problema, fomos trocar, e o dono disse que "não sabíamos mexer com esse piso", no mínimo fosse pelo menos educado. Não volto mais lá. Descobri depois que o piso era classe B, não tem garantia, ou seja não podia ser cortado, e não fomos avisados.
 I was disappointed, I bought several floors, and one was a problem, we changed it, and the owner said that "we didn't know how to handle this floor", at least it was at least polite. I'm not going back there. I found out afterwards that the floor was class B, there is no guarantee, that is, it could not be cut, and we were not warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um ótimo preço um bom atendimento mas porém não pude estar no local marcado, liguei informando que não estaria lá e o atendente falou que a entrega já estava no caminhão e já tinha ido uma vez no local.falei pro atendente q poderia entregar na terça dia 26 ele foi grosso se eu quisesse seria o dia disponível pra ele não gostei do modo q me tratou sou cliente e não se trata um cliente dessa forma, mas meu muito obrigado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mim uma das melhores lojas para se comprar, pisos, revestimentos, fácil de comprar e pagamento avista eles têm um bom desconto.
Fora os preços que são bons, os mesmos pisos e vi em grandes lojas neste tipo de departamento, no Rei dos Pisos paguei em torno de 1 a 3 reais mais barato nos mesmo pisos, revestimentos, que nas grandes lojas do seguimento, e se for contar os descontos de pagamento a vista o valor cai mais ainda.
Recomendo passagem na loja antes de irem em outras lojas para analisar os preços, pois um porcelanato que em uma grande loja estava na faixa de 49,90 na loja do Rei do piso sai por 44,90 ou até menos dependendo da forma de pagamento.
