★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tô cansada de ir ao Carrefour e sempre ser mal atendida! No mercado, na farmácia, no posto já fui MUITO mal atendida mas atualmente melhorou bastante (o único até agora!!!). Quando o Carrefour vai tomar providências do mau atendimento de seus funcionários para com os clientes? Hoje na farmácia uma cliente com deficiência estava passando no caixa e eu aguardando minha vez atrás dela, só havia um caixa, e como a cliente demorou muito ela estava extremamente envergonhada por me fazer esperar e começou a chorar, mas ela não tem culpa, a culpa é da farmácia pois havia funcionário no balcão sem fazer nada e mexendo no celular enquanto a cliente chorava, eu aguardava e o único caixa trabalhava. Absurdo e descaso com os clientes! Conversei com a senhora mas ela ainda chorava ao ir embora, ela estava muito envergonhada.
Preparem melhor seus funcionários e seus gerentes, Carrefour! Tem muitas pessoas desempregadas que dariam tudo pra ter um emprego, enquanto seus funcionários e gerentes fazem pouco caso dos clientes. Descaso total (mais um pra conta!)
I'm tired of going to Carrefour and always being underserved! At the market, at the pharmacy, at the health unit, I have been VERY poorly attended but nowadays it has improved a lot (the only one so far!!!). When will Carrefour take action on the bad service its employees have with its customers? Today at the pharmacy a client with a disability was passing by the checkout and I was waiting for my turn behind her, there was only one checkout, and as the client took too long she was extremely embarrassed for making me wait and started to cry, but she is not to blame, it's the pharmacy's fault because there was an employee at the counter doing nothing and fiddling with his cell phone while the customer cried, I was waiting and the only cashier worked. Absurdity and disregard for customers! I talked to the lady but she was still crying when she left, she was very embarrassed.
Better prepare your employees and your managers, Carrefour! There are many unemployed people who would give anything to have a job, while their employees and managers make light of their customers. Total disregard (one more for the account!)
