Acho que vai precisar orientar mais uma vez... Não atenderam o telefone novamente e nem o whatsapp... Eu gosto do atendimento presencial, mas ajudaria bastante eu poder ligar antes para não perder a viagem
If you would just answer the phone, I could give it a better grade. In the midst of a pandemic, the automatic answering service is terrible and the store does not answer the phone.
I think you'll need to orient one more time... They didn't answer the phone again or whatsapp... I like the face-to-face service, but it would help a lot if I could call earlier so I don't miss the trip
