 Great service, good price for the services and service provided and a well-organized and clean place... I just didn't like having to pay the mall parking lot for the service at the store, that alone leaves something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina onde você vai para fazer um serviço e eles vão fazer de tudo para empurrar outro tipo de serviço ou alegar defeito em alguma peça do seu carro. Fiz alinhamento, balanceamento e não precisou fazer cambagem, depois de 2 meses (não rodei 500 Km) voltei na garantia o mecânico condenou meu pneu e disse que tinha estourado a batente. Onde estava nítido que o pneu não estava ao menos marcando onde ele dizia estar (gasto).
Colocaram o verdadeiro pânico em mim para fazer com que eu trocasse o batente. O pior que da primeira vez que fui tive um bom atendimento com o Gerente da loja, mas infelizmente nesta vez 08/11/2021 tive uma péssima experiência com este mecânico. O Gerente que me atendeu e sabia qual era meu carro teve a oportunidade de corrigir o mecânico mas preferiu aceitar o que o mecânico havia dito.
Workshop where you go to do a service and they will do everything to push another type of service or claim defective part of your car. I did alignment, balance and didn't need to do camber, after 2 months (I didn't do 500 km) I went back under warranty, the mechanic condemned my tire and said it had blown out. Where it was clear that the tire was not even marking where it claimed to be (worn out).
They put the real panic in me to get me to change the jamb. The worst thing is that the first time I went I had a good service with the Store Manager, but unfortunately this time 11/8/2021 I had a bad experience with this mechanic. The Manager who attended me and knew what my car was had the opportunity to correct the mechanic but preferred to accept what the mechanic had said.
