Ofereceram entrega pessoalmente na aquisição de uma peça, quando solicitei via app a troca me falaram que o motoboy arrumou emprego fixo e não poderiam entregar.... ridícula justificativa pra uma empresa do porte da HERING, pedi uma troca então via drive thru, mas informaram que troca somente na loja ( pra que drive thru ?) em fim ... nada do que me ofereceram funcionou, insatisfeito.
Bad service via app (wats app)
They offered delivery personally in the purchase of a part, when I asked for the exchange via app they told me that the courier got a fixed job and they couldn't deliver .... ridiculous justification for a company of HERING's size, I asked for an exchange then via drive thru, but they reported that they only exchange at the store (why drive thru?) in the end ... nothing that was offered worked, dissatisfied.
