★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não concede o cancelamento! O contrato vence em um ano, e após ligar insistentemente para cancelar a renovação, eles não dão baixa e enviam a cobrança! Daí você percebe que a empresa não é idônea, e começa a duvidar da segurança dos seus veículos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO, péssimas… se recusaram a remover um rastreador do meu carro, pois existia uma pessoa fazendo rastreio do meu carro e ainda cobraram pra remover o aparelho. NÃO INDICO, existem serviços muito superiores em qualidade e recursos do que esse lixo de CARSYSTEM. Estou entrando com processo por lucro cessante, danos morais, financeiros. Empresa de incapazes, desde atendimento telefônico que é péssimo, até a tal gestão de contratos. São limitados, incoerentes. Levei minha evoque por 2x na loja da Av Atlântica onde mal sabem o que fazem, querem é pegar o dinheiro, nada além disso. Atendimento de péssima qualidade, uma atendente com a cara toda borrada, baixinha mal humorada, onde se preocupa mais com motoboy que está do lado dela do que com o cliente, não sabe passar informação e com certeza não gosta do que faz. Novamente, NÃO RECOMENDO E FAREI MUITA PROPAGANDA NEGATIVA DESSA EMPRESA LIXO DE INCOMPETENTES.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, lousy… they refused to remove a tracker from my car, as there was a person tracking my car and they even charged to remove the device. I DO NOT INDICATE, there are services much superior in quality and resources than this CARSYSTEM garbage. I'm filing a lawsuit for loss of profit, moral and financial damages. Company for the incapable, from phone service that is terrible, to such contract management. They are limited, inconsistent. I took my Evoque 2x to the store on Av Atlântica where they barely know what they're doing, they just want to get the money, nothing more. Terrible service, an attendant with a blurry face, short and grumpy, where she cares more about the courier who is on her side than the customer, she doesn't know how to pass on information and she certainly doesn't like what she does. Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I WILL MAKE A LOT OF NEGATIVE ADVERTISING OF THIS INCOMPETENT RUBBISH COMPANY.

Fundo em minha conta, hoje está me cobrando juros e correção, ainda me cobraram a carta dr anuência e ainda por cima não me mandaram a carta e eu não consigo dar baixa nos débito com o banco ! De fato a pior empresa sem dúvidas

Inclusive recebi ligações após a compra passando mais informações e tirando dúvidas! Coisa que nunca tinha acontecido com outros serviços ou produtos que comprei. Me sinto muito satisfeita e segura com a Car System.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De fato todos os comentários convergem para uma empresa que não preza pelo respeito ao cliente, principalmente quando se trata de cancelamento de serviço. Foram diversas ligações até conseguir o cancelamento que por sinal eu precisei arcar com a responsabilidade de retirada do rastreador pois, simplismente a empresa não havia mais nenhum técnico na minha região norte que pudesse fazer o serviço. Ficando a meu cargo o envio do equipamento para que assim possa tentar reaver o valor que paguei de forma indevida pós cancelamento. Aguardo retorno da empresa para que eu possa dar um crédito, coisa que vai ser difícil é indicar para outras pessoas.
