Agora decidi cancelar, meu dinheiro é soado, se não podem oferecer um serviço de qualidade com preço baixo que aumente o valor! Desde do dia 29 de abril, solicitei o cancelamento e me forneceram um número para que eu possa ser informada do andamento, até agora ninguém entrou em contato, já vai fazer 1 mês e não consigo cancelar esse serviço. PARA QUEM PENSA EM ADQUIRIR ESSE CARTÃO, EU DESEJO SORTE!
 I have paid for this service for exactly 3 years, the times I needed to use it, I was poorly attended, it takes a long time to wait (almost all day long). Now I decided to cancel, my money is ringing, if they can't offer a quality service with a low price that increases the value! Since the 29th of April, I requested a cancellation and they gave me a number so that I can be informed of the progress, so far no one has contacted me, it's been 1 month and I can't cancel this service. FOR THOSE WHO THINK ABOUT PURCHASING THIS CARD, I WISH LUCK!

Since when I made the precise plan I never made an appointment they never have a vacancy, to make the plan they treat us so well now when we need a consultation they don't answer, seller doesn't answer, don't make this plan it's boring people!
