Prometem prazo, mas não cumprem. Ninguém resolve nada. A loja da uma desculpa, e a transportadora dá outra.
Comprem em outro lugar. Pois essa, deixa a desejar.
Purchase made in February/22, and the products have not yet been delivered.
They promise a deadline, but don't deliver. Nobody solves anything. The store gives one excuse, and the carrier gives another.
Buy elsewhere. Well, this one leaves something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se precisar de um vendedor via zap,tá lascado n dão atenção vê as mensagens mais n responde a gente tem q praticamente se humilhar emplorar pra eles responderem, só raiva estou passando pra saber sobre meu produto q n chegou
If you need a seller via zap, it's chipped they don't pay attention to see the messages but they don't answer we have to practically humiliate ourselves beg them to answer, I'm just angry I'm passing to know about my product that didn't arrive
