Não tem prioridade.
As pessoas ficam no sol, na fila para o primeiro atendimento para uma senha...
Devido ao covid, fiquei preocupada com a situação.
O primeiro atendimento deveria ser via e-mail onde se poderia enviar todas documentações
necessárias.

Sem espaço físico, não tem as mínimas condições de atender a população de Campo Grande e adjacências, apesar do esforço dos funcionários.
Casamentos, registros de nascimento, certidão de óbito e 2a via de certidões, tudo em um pequeno espaço com uma cobertura minúscula contra sol e chuva.
Todos os dias tem uma grande fila de manhã e a tarde.
Precisa urgentemente de um local maior para atender a demanda da população de parte da zona oeste.

Without physical space, it does not have the minimum conditions to serve the population of Campo Grande and surrounding areas, despite the efforts of the employees.
Marriages, birth records, death certificate and 2nd copy of certificates, all in a small space with a tiny cover against sun and rain.
Every day there is a big queue in the morning and in the afternoon.
It urgently needs a bigger place to meet the demand of the population of part of the west zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no horário da manha estava lotado, mas como faltou um.documento voltei na parte da tarde e foi super rápido e tranquilo (registro de nascimento). Perdi infinitamente mais tempo para chegar ao cartório, em razão do trânsito caótico de CG do que no local que foi bem rápido na parte da tarde.
I went in the morning, it was crowded, but as there was a document missing, I came back in the afternoon and it was super fast and smooth (birth registration). I lost infinitely more time to get to the registry office, due to the chaotic traffic of CG than in the place that was very fast in the afternoon.

Muito rápido, atendente super simpática.
Fui ser testemunha do meu sobrinho que vai casar.
Confesso que fiquei preocupada em ficar muito tempo, mas na realidade foi muito rápido o atendimento.
O local é muito bem organizado, fica um funcionário na porta orientando e já deixando todos para serem atendidos em seus devidos locais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Os mesmos não atendem ao telefone, então não adianta tentar. Moramos noutro estado e tentamos várias vezes saber se as certidões estariam prontas pra não perder a viagem, infelizmente ninguém atende. Segundo a advogada, até mesmo e-mail demora a ser respondido. Considero isso um descaso à população.
Bad experience. They don't answer the phone, so it's no use trying. We live in another state and we tried several times to find out if the certificates would be ready so as not to miss the trip, unfortunately no one answers. According to the lawyer, even emails take a long time to be answered. I consider this a disservice to the population.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartório com ampla parte externa e sem cobertura. A fila é inevitável, porém, os funcionários se esforçam para agilizar todos os atendimentos. Falta um painel com números, códigos e nomes dos atendidos, o que força os funcionários a fazer tudo na base do grito. As vezes rola um funcionário em auto falante. Dos demais aspectos, funciona como qualquer Cartório.
Notary office with ample outside and no coverage. The queue is inevitable, however, employees strive to streamline all appointments. It lacks a panel with numbers, codes and names of those served, which forces employees to do everything on the basis of shouting. Sometimes an employee rolls on loudspeaker. From the other aspects, it works like any Registry Office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito estarecido com este cartório, falta de organização,falta de formação com as testemunhas, que as mesmas que foram testemunha para da entrada seria as mesmas que vai ser testemunha do casamento,não tem um lugar apropriado para as pessoas que vai casar não tem cadeira as pessoas fica no relento estou me sentindo muito desrespeitado estou muito triste no dia que seria um dia de felicidades.
Espero poder contribuir para o aperfeiçoamento e melhor atendimento do mesmo.

I am very impressed with this registry office, lack of organization, lack of training with the witnesses, that the same ones that were witnesses for the entrance would be the same ones that will be witnesses of the wedding, it does not have an appropriate place for the people who are going to marry there is no chair people stay out in the open i'm feeling very disrespected i'm very sad on the day that would be a day of happiness.
I hope to be able to contribute to the improvement and better service of the same.
