★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Funcionárias arrogantes, pedantes e despreparadas, não sabem lidar com o público. Parece que estão te fazendo algum favor muito desagradável. Se puder, procure outro cartório.
Terrible attendance. Arrogant, pedantic and unprepared employees, they don't know how to deal with the public. Looks like they're doing you some pretty nasty favor. If you can, look for another registry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As instalações são ruins com corredores apertados, impossibilitando o distanciamento, e falta de recepção para orientações e informações. Em complemento, o corredor do andar do prédio está com as paredes imundas de tanto as pessoas formarem filas do lado de fora da sala de atendimento. Não bastasse isso, o atendimento é grosseiro e falho. Mesmo na ausência de uma recepção, os funcionários se negam a dar informações e pedem pra entrar na fila única e sem senha de atendimento.
The facilities are poor with tight corridors, making it impossible to distance themselves, and lack of reception for guidance and information. In addition, the hallway on the floor of the building has the walls filthy from so many people forming lines outside the service room. As if that were not enough, the service is rude and flawed. Even in the absence of a reception, employees refuse to give information and ask to join the single line and without a password.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nesse cartório para fazer certidão, enquanto a moça fazia, fiquei no celular até que ela perguntou minha profissão e respondi empresário. Ela olhou pra mim com cara de deboche e meio que rindo. Ignorei e voltei para o celular para n dar uma bela resposta, até pq… não tenho celular de 8 mil reais trabalhando em cartório. Talvez o fato de ser negro, andar de bermuda e chinelo, não entra na cabeça dela que possa ter empresa.
I went to this notary office to get a certificate, while the girl was doing it, I stayed on my cell phone until she asked me my profession and I replied as an entrepreneur. She looked at me mockingly and kind of laughing. I ignored it and went back to the cell phone to give a nice answer, even because… I don't have a 8 thousand reais cell phone working at the registry office. Maybe the fact of being black, wearing shorts and flip-flops, doesn't enter her mind that she can have company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora no atendimento, não atendem o telefone, não cumprem prazos estabelecidos, até parece que estamos fazem algo de graça. Pagamos caro e muito caro por um serviço de péssima qualidade. Nota 1, mas poderia ser -5 estrelas de tão ruim que é.
Delay in the service, they don't answer the phone, they don't meet established deadlines, it even seems that we are doing something for free. We pay dearly and very dearly for poor quality service. Note 1, but it could be -5 stars for how bad it is.

Consegui falar via telefone na terceira tentativa, depois liguei outras outras vezes em horários diferentes por conta de outros questionamentos e tive sucesso. Os Funcionários, em especial a Bruna que me atendeu por último, muito educados, atenciosos e serviço solucionado. Obrigada!
I gave 5 stars to this office, because I was very well attended. I managed to talk via phone on the third attempt, then I called other times at different times because of other questions and I was successful. The Employees, especially Bruna who attended me last, were very polite, attentive and service was resolved. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel ainda está sendo paguei caro, por uma certidão estou desde novembro aguardando e até agora nada, não atendem telefone, o código de rastreio do coreeio está dando erro enfim horrível, sou advogada e irei fazer uma reclamação contra esse cartório junto aos orgãos competentes.
Horrible is still being paid dearly, for a certificate I've been waiting since November and so far nothing, they don't answer the phone, the koreei tracking code is giving an error anyway horrible, I'm a lawyer and I will file a complaint against this notary with the competent bodies.
