★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cartório só pode ter um plano de participação com os estacionamentos da rua, pois para fazer um simples reconhecimento de firma, com o cartório vazio, demorou em média 1 hora e meia.
The registry can only have a participation plan with the parking lots on the street, as it took an average of 1 hour and a half to do a simple notarization, with an empty registry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de toda a burocracia que nos é imposta, para mim este é um dos melhores cartórios que já frequentei. Amplo, boa área de espera, organizado e bem localizado. É a terceira vez que utilizo os serviços deles e não tenho o que reclamar.
Despite all the bureaucracy that is imposed on us, for me this is one of the best registry offices I have ever attended. Large, good waiting area, organized and well located. It is the third time that I use their services and I have nothing to complain about.

I try to contact this Notary by phone and I can't succeed, it rings until it drops and no one answers. Terrible service delivery.

The last 2 times I've been to the office the service has been fast and organized. Recognition of signature by similarity and certified copy. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de estar bastante cheio no dia em que estive lá, lembrando que foi num sábado, quando são realizadas cerimônias de casamento, dentre os outros serviços, o atendimento foi bastante rápido. Local organizado e com bastantes funcionários para atender o público.
Despite being quite busy the day I was there, remembering that it was on a Saturday, when wedding ceremonies are held, among other services, the service was quite fast. Organized place and with enough employees to serve the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo este cartório, péssimo atendimento parece algo público só te enrolão muito quando te atendem olhão pra você dizendo só isto então tchau ,não indico este cartório pra nem meu inimigo fui ver inventário fui muito mau atendido por funcionário que só me atendeu três dia depois e não quis resolver nada mesmo todos te enrolão neste cartório ?
I don't recommend this notary, bad service seems like a public thing, they just piss you off a lot when they serve you, they look at you saying just this so bye, I don't recommend this notary to even my enemy I went to see the inventory I was very poorly attended by an employee who only saw me three days later and I didn't want to solve anything, everyone wraps you up in this registry office ?

Fui atendida depois de 3 horas de espera
No local haviam vários funcionários, porém apenas 2 atendentes, que se revezavam entre seguir com as procurações e responder aos questionamentos do público que ia chegando no decorrer da tarde
Além deste absurdo, ainda haviam pessoas que eram atendidas sem qualquer seja e chegada muito posterior aos que já estavam aguardando por muitas horas.
Aos que puderem buscar outra opção de cartório, o faça, pois este realmente tem um total desrespeito para com as pessoas e idosos
Bad service and total lack of respect with the public
I was seen after 3 hours of waiting
There were several employees at the place, but only 2 attendants, who took turns between following up with the proxies and answering questions from the public that was arriving during the afternoon.
In addition to this absurdity, there were still people who were attended without any assistance and arrived much later than those who were already waiting for many hours.
To those who can look for another notary option, do so, because this one really has a total disrespect for people and the elderly.
