★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando falar com o cartório e o telefone ninguém atende. Você faz uma solicitação por zap, quase uma semana e fizem que a demanda esta grande e sem funcionários.
 I'm trying to get through to the registry office and no one answers the phone. You make a request by zap, almost a week and the demand is high and there are no employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chovia quando fui com meu filho e não não deixaram entrar, a falta de paciência do atendente foi da virada de olho até bufada, fiquei tão impressionada que deu graça, atendimento precisa de melhora.
It was raining when I went with my son and they didn't let me in, the attendant's lack of patience went from turning my eye to snorting, I was so impressed that it was funny, service needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É o pior cartório do Rio de Janeiro, parece que ele tem uma legislação própria e não a que serve para todos. Levei uma escritura onde tinham 3 assinaturas, 2 foram reconhecidas por semelhança em cartórios diferentes e quando chegamos no 36° para reconhecer 1 última firma não poderia pois a data não estava correta( não era fata futura, sei que não pode ) e que os outros 2 cartórios estavam errados. Conclusão, solicitei a presença da tabeliã ( que não estava presente) fui chamado de canto e a firma foi reconhecida. Esse é apenas 1 dos problemas que enfrento aí.
It is the worst registry office in Rio de Janeiro, it seems that it has its own legislation and not the one that works for everyone. I took a deed where they had 3 signatures, 2 were recognized by similarity in different notaries and when we arrived at the 36th to recognize 1 last signature it could not because the date was not correct (it was not a future fact, I know it cannot) and that the others 2 notaries were wrong. In conclusion, I requested the presence of the notary (who was not present) I was called from the corner and the signature was recognized. This is just 1 of the problems I face there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários muito debochados, o pessoal reclamando da demora eles debochando falando q não vai deixar de conversar coisas pessoais deles durante o atendimento. Debochando q conversam mesmo e q os clientes terão q pedir para colocar fita durex na boca deles que só assim eles irão parar de conversar!! Rayane, um de bigode moreno tatuagem no braço. Engraçado que quando os donos estão, eles ficam quietinhos e uma agilidade de outro mundo
Very debauched employees, the staff complaining about the delay, they mocking saying that they will not stop talking about their personal things during the service. Mocking that they really talk and that customers will have to ask to put duct tape in their mouths that only then will they stop talking!! Rayane, a dark mustache tattoo on her arm. Funny that when the owners are there, they are quiet and have an otherworldly agility.
