O oficial e seus auxiliares tem muita paciência com os tomadores do serviço que, em sua maioria são leigos.
A equipe do balcão é quase que "multidisciplinar ": fazem papel de psicólogos, assistente social, defensor público - sabem muito bem das dificuldades das pessoas mais simples, principalmente os idosos. São atenciosos e didáticos.
Muito bom o serviço. Estão de parabéns.
