★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento via telefone. Mesmo vc informando todos os dados de um documento, a atendente com toda a sua má vontade pede 1 semana pra te dar a resposta. Bem diferente do cartório de 2°ofício onde o atendimento foi nota 10.
Bad service by phone. Even if you inform all the data of a document, the clerk with all your ill will asks for 1 week to give you the answer. Quite different from the second office where the service was rated 10.
