Assim, seria desejável que houvesse protocolos impressos para que o cliente não necessitasse comparecer ao cartório duas ou três vezes até obter uma orientação correta. Pergunta-se certo procedimento à funcionária e ela orienta da maneira x. No outro dia se leva o que foi pedido, conforme a orientação mas faltava um detalhamento do protocolo e a funcionária informa que não está em conformidade e pronto: lá vamos nós novamente atrás de atender às novas exigências. Resultado: mais tempo e dinheiro perdidos além das centenas de reais que já terão de ser gastos nessa burocracia infinita e rentável.
The user is unaware of the endless bureaucracy in detail. Thus, it would be desirable to have printed protocols so that the client does not need to attend the registry office two or three times until obtaining correct guidance. The employee is asked a certain procedure and she guides in the x-way. The next day, what was requested is taken, as per the guidance, but the protocol was missing details and the employee informs that she is not in compliance and that's it: here we go again to meet the new requirements. Result: more time and money lost in addition to the hundreds of reais that will have to be spent in this endless and profitable bureaucracy.

Eles estão aplicando o Provimento Nº08 de 28 de novembro de 2014 onde diz no Art.496 $5 que "Impõem-se o reconhecimento autêntico de firma nos contratos ou documentos de natureza econômica de VALOR APRECIÁVEL, inclusive na transferência de veículos automotores; Mandei reconhecer a minha firma de uma Carta de Anuência de um condômino onde sou síndico, no valor de R$580,00 e se recusaram a reconhecer a firma por semelhança. Dos 9 cartórios de Notas e protestos de Fortaleza somente este aplica este Provimento, pois é muito subjetivo julgar o que é um VALOR APRECIÁVEL. Não se trata de uma transação comercial de compra e venda e sim de um atestado de quitação de uma dívida. Vou encaminhar para a Corregedoria do TJ.

This is not a commercial transaction of purchase and sale, but a certificate of payment of a debt. I will forward it to the Internal Affairs of the TJ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta muiiito para ser bom. Serviços sem comprometimento, enfim funcionários sem motivação, não esclarecem nada, má vontade e só respondem o que for perguntado. Se for registrar imóvel então, prepare-se para dar umas 20 viagens pois as informações são dadas em dose " homeopáticas" como se o cliente não tivesse o que fazer.

Em tempos de revolução digital e experiências de atendimento incríveis me frustra ver um cartório, com mais de um século de existência, ainda usar um único canal de comunicação falho e ultrapassado. Isso não esquecendo da demora nos processos de atendimento que se multiplicam sem que alguém fiscalize. Não recomendo e não gostaria que passassem pelo que passei. Mais de dois meses e não resolvem o meu processo, somente desculpas e prazos por cima prazos que nunca foram cumpridos. Descaso total.
Terrible. In times of digital revolution and incredible service experiences, it frustrates me to see a notary, with more than a century of existence, still using a single flawed and outdated communication channel. This is not forgetting the delay in service processes that multiply without anyone inspecting. I don't recommend and wouldn't want them to go through what I went through. More than two months and they don't solve my process, only excuses and deadlines on top of deadlines that were never met. Total neglect.
