★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por ligação péssima, fiquei mais de 15 min aguardando, ao fundo conseguia escutar os funcionários conversando como se não tivesse nenhuma pessoa em linha para atender.

Além disso, o registro, seja lá do que for, demora mais de 30 dias. Evidentemente que estão economizando, e muito, na mão de obra em detrimento dos usuários, o que tem virado regra na cidade, e olha que os emolumentos são altíssimos ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ telefone é atendido e ninguém fala nada, muito embora é possível ouvir pessoas falando. Depois de 2 dias tentando fui mal atendida por um atendente que parecia querer desligar o telefone rapidamente e, por fim, desligou na minha cara.
