★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderia ter 5 estrelas, porém, me venderam canetas tinteiro e não venderam o refil, cada caneta, na época, paguei R$ 90,00. Comprei 3. Por não ter refil, desisti. Há mais de um ano procuro e não 'chegou' refil, dizem ser culpa da Pandemia. Não acredito, se não já teria faltado outros produtos também. Pessoal, cadê meu refil de canetas?
I could have 5 stars, however, they sold me fountain pens and did not sell the refill, each pen, at the time, I paid R $ 90.00. I bought 3. Because I didn't have a refill, I gave up. I have been looking for a refill for more than a year, they say it's Pandemic's fault. I don't believe it, if there were already other products too. Guys, where's my pen refill?

Entretanto possui apenas um caixa pra toda loja e um sistema de venda em q vc passa 20 minutos escolhendo material e fica 1 hora aguardando funcionários "lançar" no sistema item por item, para depois pegar a fila do único caixa e esperar ele conferir item por item. Ou seja, vc leva 20/30 minutos escolhendo seu material e leva até duas horas pra conseguir pagar e sair da loja, isso é um absurdo... Surreal no ano de 2021 ter um sistema dessa forma atrasado...
