★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionarios tem claramente preguiça de trabalhar, não conseguem dar uma informação clara, além do fato de não haver sentido algum em ter um telefone pra contado se o mesmo parece ter sido tirado do gancho com o intuito de cessar as ligações recebidas.
 Poor service, staff are clearly too lazy to work, unable to give clear information, plus the fact that it makes no sense to have a phone to tell if it seems to have been taken off hook in order to stop incoming calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já liguei 20x e só diz que o telefone está ocupado. Muito das dúvidas se resolve por telefone, ainda mais quando vc sai de outra cidade pra poder ir nesse cartório e chegar aí o atendente dizer que está faltando algum tipo de documento.
I already called 20x and just says the phone is busy. Much of the doubt is solved by phone, especially when you leave another city to be able to go to this notary and get there the attendant say that some kind of document is missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bastante demorado para emissão de um documento, mesmo tendo várias pessoas para atender ainda assim a demora é grande, inclusive o pagamento do documento pode ter sido confirmado e mesmo assim demoram pra finalizar o atendimento. Horrível!
Quite long service for issuing a document, even though there are several people to attend yet the delay is long, including the payment of the document may have been confirmed and still take time to complete the service. Horrible!
