★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Como na maioria dos cartórios, há uma indisposição por parte dos colaboradores de resolver as demandas. Todos acham que estão fazendo um favor para os clientes. O atendimento e presteza não condizem com os valores dos emolumentos que são cobrados. Péssimo!
Terrible service. As in most registries, there is an unwillingness on the part of employees to resolve the demands. Everyone thinks they're doing the customers a favor. The service and promptness do not match the fees charged. Terrible!

me enviaram uma nota devolutiva, eu resolvi, no dia seguinte me informaram que tinha uma nota devolutiva em aberto, não quiseram me informar por telefone do que se tratava. Não havia nada no meu e-mail. depois de 8 tentativas de ligação, conseguir falar lá e eles simplesmente e disseram que eu teria que ir presencialmente pra saber o que há.
a impressão que dá é que eles acham que estão fazendo é um favor pra gente.
Sinceramente, só decepção.
the notary doesn't make a point of helping you solve your problem.
They sent me a return note, I decided, the next day they informed me that they had an open return note, they didn't want to inform me by phone about what it was about. There was nothing in my email. after 8 attempts to connect, I managed to speak there and they simply said that I would have to go in person to find out what's going on.
the impression is that they think they are doing us a favor.
Honestly, just disappointment.

Agora o cartório da Vila Celeste um horror, pessoal sem educação, faltando com o respeito não só comigo, mas com pessoas idosas... O sr. Jouber Jr deveria estar mais presente, e acompanhar mais de perto.
The service provided by the property registry office in the Center of Ipatinga was excellent. The attendant both over the phone and in person is super friendly.
Now the Vila Celeste registry office is a horror, uneducated staff, lacking respect not only with me, but with elderly people... Mr. Jouber Jr should be more present, and follow more closely.

No mais foram corretos.
Great service! Very helpful. I recommend asking if you need more documents for certain types of cases. At first it was just 2. And then they asked for more.
Otherwise they were correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento super demorado (dependendo do horário a espera é de aproximadamente 1hora se o seu caso não for dos que se enquadram em atendimento agendado) e não há lugar para sentar. Além disso que precisa usar deve esperar do lado de fora, no sol!!
As quatro estrelas são única e exclusivamente para os três funcionários que me atenderam e foram MUITO educados, além de me auxiliar em inúmeros imprevistos com a minha situação.
Obrigada Amanda (que trabalha no caixa), Manoel e Flávia (que trabalham no segundo andar), vocês fizeram minha experiência ai ser bem mais agradável.
Super long service (depending on the time the wait is approximately 1 hour if your case is not one of those that fit in scheduled service) and there is no place to sit. Also, what you need to wear should wait outside, in the sun!!
The four stars are solely and exclusively for the three employees who attended me and were VERY polite, in addition to helping me in numerous unforeseen circumstances with my situation.
Thank you Amanda (who works at the cashier), Manoel and Flávia (who works on the second floor), you made my experience there much more pleasant.
