Minha crítica vai para o serviço via telefone que é praticamente inexistente , muito precário e o atendimento via whatsapp também horrível! Peço que melhorem o atendimento por esses meios, pois algumas vezes querem somente um esclarecimento rápido que se torna ineficaz!
I needed a certificate, it arrived in the described period. My criticism goes to the telephone service which is practically non-existent, very precarious and the service via whatsapp is also horrible! I ask you to improve the service by these means, because sometimes they just want a quick clarification that becomes ineffective!

Você fica mais de uma hora pra ser atendida, ninguém dá uma explicação, atendes que precisam perguntar pra tudo antes de dar um passo, erram as certidões o tempo todo, além de uma atendente chamada Mayara, que faz caras e bocas para ajudar os outros e responder ao público, achando que é melhor do que elas que estão aqui no momento. Uma falta de respeito total, atendimento muito demorado, se possível não volto mais ao local.
