São pessoas que trabalham com o ser humano, mas não sabem lidar com o próximo.
Não pude fazer papéis importantes no cartório mais próximo da minha casa - que seria esse -, porque a atendente NÃO PASSA INFORMAÇÕES APROPRIADAMENTE.
Já que eles não informam devidamente, deixe-me fazer o serviço deles: 5 horas da tarde eles não podem mais fazer nenhum serviço porque o sistema fecha, mas eles continuam sentados lá por 1 hora pra te passar informações incompletas.
Aconselho ir pra outros cartórios se querem ter um bom atendimento e ser tratado por profissionais.
Terrible attendance. The attendants are terrible, do not know how to pass information, work poorly done and full of bad mood.
They are people who work with human beings, but do not know how to deal with others.
I was unable to play important roles at the registry office closest to my home - which would be this one - because the clerk DOES NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION PROPERLY.
Since they do not report properly, let me do their job: 5 pm they can’t do any more work because the system closes, but they’re still sitting there for 1 hour to give you incomplete information.
I advise you to go to other registry offices if you want to have a good service and be treated by professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartório parece que estamos no INSS as pessoas trabalham com uma lentidão absurda, pra reconhecer uma firma precisamos de no mínimo 1 hora isso se der a sorte de ter 2 pessoas na sua frente. É lamentável pagamos tão caro por um péssimo serviço.
Notary's office seems to be in the INSS people work with absurd slowness, to recognize a firm we need at least 1 hour if you are lucky enough to have 2 people in front of you. It is unfortunate that we paid so dearly for a terrible service.

I lived in Santa Catarina and when I opened a firm there they only charged me 7.50 to recognize a firm, so they charged me to open it.
