Fui no cartório registrar meu imóvel, fiquei impressionado com a eficiência e rapidez. Desde da orientação na recepção, conferencia dos documentos, calculo da taxa, pagamento e entrada da documentação, tudo em aproximadamente 05 minutos. Incrível.
 It all started when I sought guidance by email from Paloma, always answering my questions clearly. I went to the registry to register my property, I was impressed with the efficiency and speed. From the orientation at the reception, checking the documents, calculating the fee, paying and entering the documentation, all in approximately 05 minutes. Incredible.

Eu estou na França, solicitei uma certidão, paguei, depois tive a dúvida. Fiz contato pelo chat e surpreendentemente tive resposta. Enfim hoje recebi e-mail informando sobre o envio do documento. Tudo isso em 5 dias, do pedido ao recebimento. Bravo a todos aqueles que contribuiram com esta excelente prestação deste serviço.
Very satisfied with the service provided by this registry. Several online services to streamline certificate requests, helpful chat service. I'm in France, I asked for a certificate, I paid, then I had the doubt. I made contact via chat and surprisingly got a response. Anyway today I received an e-mail informing about the sending of the document. All this in 5 days, from order to receipt. Bravo to all those who contributed to this excellent provision of this service.

Fast and accurate service. I thought that, because I had a Public Defender's Office, they would ask me for a thousand documents, go back there several times, but it was very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartório limpo, com atendimento rápido e organizado. Entretanto, os valores que são cobrados pelas certidões são bem caros e as mesmas expiram rápido demais. Esse cartório aceita PIX e dá pra deixar o carro no estacionamento subterrâneo com entrada pela Av. Presidente Antônio Carlos, localizado quase na esquina desse cartório.
Clean registry, with quick and organized service. However, the amounts that are charged for the certificates are quite expensive and they expire too quickly. This notary's office accepts PIX and you can leave your car in the underground car park with entrance from Avenida Presidente Antônio Carlos, located almost on the corner of this notary's office.

Se você busca um Ônus Reais, a certidão com todo o histórico de um imóvel em dia, (que compreende os bairros: Freguesia, Barra da Tijuca, Jacarepaguá, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Laranjeiras, Gloria, Flamengo, Campinho e Catete) precisa entrar no prédio da Avenida Nilo Peçana número 26 e ir até o segundo andar. Você precisa preencher o formulário anexo e pagar uma taxa que gira em torno de R$ 110 e pode ser paga apenas com cheque ou dinheiro. Não são aceitos cartões de crédito/débito. Sua certidão provavelmente estará pronta no dia seguinte, dependendo da carga de trabalho, e você a receberá no guichê de entrega. Todos os funcionários são muito gentis e eficientes. Parabéns pelo serviço.
Excellent and fast service. If you are looking for a Real Onus, the certificate with all the history of a property up to date, (which includes the neighborhoods: Freguesia, Barra da Tijuca, Jacarepaguá, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Laranjeiras, Gloria, Flamengo, Campinho and Catete) must enter the building at Avenida Nilo Peçana number 26 and go to the second floor. You need to fill out the attached form and pay a fee of around R$110 and can be paid only by check or cash. Credit/debit cards are not accepted. Your certificate will likely be ready the next day, depending on your workload, and you'll receive it at the delivery desk. All staff are very kind and efficient. Congratulations on the service.
