★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu como um Servidor Público da Justiça, que faz parte dessa Cooperativa há muitos anos, estava cometendo uma injustiça com a Ilustríssima funcionária MARCELI da agência Campos dos Goytacazes-rj - 4054, uma vez que, sempre que precisei de atendimento fui muitíssimo bem atendido e informado, daí os motivos que leva a descrever sobre a funcionária "in tela":
Competente - solícita e uma verdadeira funcionária padrão, que, ao meu ver, engrandece a instituição COOPEJUSTIÇA-SICOOB.
O elogio e verdade, firmo o presente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cooperativa dos funcionários do judiciário estadual. A casa atende com presteza e gentilmente ajuda aos funcionários na.solução de seus problemas. Anexo tem o serviço bancário. Apesar da burocracia tudo funciona e é seguro.
Cooperative of the state judiciary officials. The house caters promptly and kindly helps the staff in solving their problems. Annex has the banking service. Despite bureaucracy everything works and is safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, além de não dispor de atendimento presencial durante a pandemia, as sobras ficam presas por quase um ano, você pede portabilidade do consignado que está na cooperativa para levar para outro banco e eles ficam negando.
Too bad, in addition to not having face-to-face assistance during the pandemic, leftovers are stuck for almost a year, you ask for portability of the payroll that is in the cooperative to take it to another bank and they are denying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na sede do Rio, capital! As atendentes te tratam com desleixo. Já é a segunda vez que tenho o mesmo tipo de problema. Eu enviei meu contracheque há mais de 24h e até agora não fizeram nem a simulação para um empréstimo consignado! Pior, eles visualizaram, inclusive duas mensagens minhas posteriores e sequer responderam alguma coisa. Fui totalmente ignorado. Não recomendo se filiar à essa cooperativa.
Terrible service at the headquarters in Rio, capital! The attendants treat you sloppily. It's the second time I've had the same type of problem. I sent my paycheck more than 24 hours ago and so far they haven't even done the simulation for a payroll loan! Worse, they visualized, including two later messages from me and didn't even respond. I was totally ignored. I do not recommend joining this cooperative.
